Magny vs. Neal
Neil Magny, DEC
2 days in a row picking upsets in the Big Leagues: First in PFL Sayles finishing Mohammed Usman in the second round and in Bellator Sergio Pettis beating Archuleta by decision. I think Magny can help me build the streak to 3 upset wins. We all know that Neil Magny's kryptonite are the grapplers, it was demonstrated by Demian Maia, RDA, Michael Chiesa and even Sergio Moraes. But only 2 strikers managed to beat Magny: Ponzinibbio who mixed leg kicks with bombs that sent Neil to sleep in the fourth round and Lorenz Larkin who also punished him with leg kicks. Neal has considerable power in his hands, but Magny survived Kelvin Gastelum's bombs, Hector Lombard who despite knocking him down could not finish him. In the words of Ponzinibbio: ''Magny is a very tough guy who despite feeling heavy punishment continues to walk forward''. I see Magny following her typical very clinch strategy and using takedowns to dominate her opponents and take the cards. I think Neal will join Robbie Lawler, Li Jingliang, Carlos Condit, Erick Silva and Tim Means in the list of good strikers who have been beaten by Neil Magny's Clinch and Takedowns strategy.

I would  pick and bet Waterson at +160 if this fight was at 115 as I think her head and arm throwing Rodriguez for 3 rounds would be pretty likely as Marina grappiling is as bad as her stand-up is good, But I think a 105ver fighting at 125 ain't a good thing and I think Rodriguez be strong as she won't be drain by the weight cut, So I think it be nearly impossable to wresle her for 3 rounds

@erison I got +600 on Grenne by sub, I don't get why the bookie price that high. If Grenne were to win it be that way as he submits people and Lima lose is by submession. This is why I think Prop betting is the best way to make money as if you know how people win and or how the other person lose, You can generaly find atlest one off line

@fishrat and other Australian , If you have sportbet, Put money on Maurice by sub at 7.00. I think you have to be a short bus crayon eater to not bet it at the line as even if you think Lima gonna knock him out,  You have to give greene atlest 30% chance for a sub

Can't see Klein losing this fight. I've seen him in person a few times and dude's a machine. Definitely going to make some impact on the featherweight.

Hawes needs to starch him early..... I know he went 3 rounds and got a decision but I don’t trust that gas tank at all!

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 4 of 9 Winners, 2 Perfect, 250 Points   |   Tied for 1856th

Rodriguez vs. Waterson
Marina Rodriguez, DEC
waterson didn't deserve her last win, rodriguez seems to overperform.

Cerrone vs. Morono
Donald Cerrone, DEC
cowboy didn't look totally shot last time out and i think morono will engage with him wherever he wants to fight.

Magny vs. Neal
Geoff Neal, DEC
magny is gonna be more game than expected, but i'm still thinking geoff has the standup advantage.

Greene vs. Rogério de Lima
Maurice Greene, SUB, R2
could be extra sloppy, but de lima just seems to get himself into awful situations on the ground and mo has enough submission skills to take advantage, i think?

Ferreira vs. Gillespie
Gregor Gillespie, DEC
i was gonna take diego, but the big weight miss has me skeptical so i'm flipping to gillespie grinding it out.

Ribas vs. Hill
Angela Hill, DEC
i'm gonna go with hill and say she'll have the striking advantage and be able to matador some of the td attempts.

Hawes vs. Daukaus
Kyle Daukaus, SUB, R2
still not sold on hawes' gas tank, but would be nice to watch him prove me wrong again.

Trizano vs. Klein
Ľudovít Klein, TKO, R1
probably the most popular pick of the night

Nchukwi vs. Park
Jun Yong Park, DEC
i'll take the more experienced fighter and say he outlasts tafon.

Aguilera vs. Harris
Carlston Harris, TKO, R2
dude's middle name is lindsay? he's gotta be able to fight...

Predictions: 4 of 9 Winners, 1 Perfect, 225 Points   |   Tied for 2197th

Rodriguez vs. Waterson
Marina Rodriguez, DEC
Big, big, big fan of Marina Rodriguez. I was so hype when I heard she'd finally been signed to the UFC awhile back. I'm still salty as **** about the Ribas fight. I had Rodriguez locked into a R2 Ko for the longest time.. And mofo's convinced me into taking Ribas and Marina must've been pissed off because of that, Because she put it on Ribas. And she's probably gonna tear up Waterson tooo. Probably won't finish her, but I expect her hand raised at the end of 25 mins.

Cerrone vs. Morono
Alex Morono, DEC
Morono is solid. Cerrone is great, but he's on a downward trajectory, which absolutely evens out the playing field.

Magny vs. Neal
Geoff Neal, TKO, R2
Geoff Neal is a bad, baaaaaad man. You can't knock the guy for the Wonderboy fight. Wonderboy has a knack for making good fighters look bad. I fully expect Neal to not only get back on track with a win, but also a devastating KO.

Ferreira vs. Gillespie
Gregor Gillespie, DEC
Outstanding fight. Gregor's wrestling and cardio should be the difference maker.. Ferreira's striking is legit tho. Diego's one of them dudes. That surprises me still, that he hasn't lost more fights.

Hawes vs. Daukaus
Phil Hawes, TKO, R2
I like the Mid-Atlantic clash...

Trizano vs. Klein
Ľudovít Klein, TKO, R1
Klein looking to make it 4 straight head kick KO's...

Predictions: 4 of 5 Winners, 2 Perfect, 250 Points   |   Tied for 1856th

Rodriguez vs. Waterson
Marina Rodriguez, DEC
Not a good stylistic matchup for Waterson. Marina has nasty Muay Thai and she has a surprising amount of power in her hands.

Cerrone vs. Morono
Donald Cerrone, DEC
I think Cowboy has the sharper tool set and he will be able to edge a close decision.

Magny vs. Neal
Neil Magny, DEC
Magny will win a dominant decision using pace and pressure and wrestling and Neal can’t deal with the pace.

Ribas vs. Hill
Amanda Ribas, DEC
If Hill wins, I might kill my self.

Cashed out all my bets on Ferreira after seeing the weigh ins. Just have Daukaus, Klein, and Harris now. Might string Tafon and Klein in a parlay.

@Tieoken hey bro new to tapology but youre one guy I tend to see around a lot, care to explain a lil bit about why you changed your bets with Ferreira? Was it cause him being overweight? Even if not betting, favor Gillesepie?

I get a bad weight cut e.i. Benoit but being overweight isn't that draining is it? Maybe cardio is affected.

Missing weight is usually indictive of a bad weight cut. That and if you watch the weigh ins he looked like death

@DCpredictions I mean I could say the same how I felt Magny looked. So is it safe to say Ferreira was a pound or 2 from being like Benoit?

I guess I haven't really got into telling how guys looked on weigh-ins. Only guy I didn't recognized was Nchuckwi, from the side angle he does not look like the same fighter from 2 fights ago.
