I likewise was nervously wondering if the Cormier/Paul crap is some sort of staged angle. I'd hope not and hope it just is Cormier being a stand up dude who doesn't respect Paul like everyone else.

@Tieoken - I agree with your assessment -- But how many guys spend the time conditioning the shin at a younger age to build microfractures that become harden sheet over the bone..

Wrestlers dont work on Shin conditioning and not many MMA fighters do either unless they have a muy Thai background
