I am getting really nervous tho! I do not like the Bookies having Josh as over 2 to 1 favourite, closing in on 3 to 1 now!
Being Scottish, I am a natural pessimist. I'd much prefer him as an underdog.
Doesn't help that I've watched a few of Scotlands best boxing prospects get smoked recently, Kieran Smith and Willy Hutchinson both got KTFOD!!!  Aagh, I just said I can't wait for this fight, now I'm not so sure!!! Making me nervous!!!

As long as he plays it smart and doesn't get carried away or get drawn into a street fight, I could see Josh Taylor winning by 2-3 rounds if he's on form.

When does Taylor not get inv in a tear up tho??!!! He loves a SCRAP!!!

That's the trouble though. This is probably one of those rare times when being a proper hardman could work against him. A stupid as it sounds, I think that he's got to be boring if he's gonna get the win here and only go in for the kill if he hurts Ramirez. 

That's why I'm worried bud! I cannot see this fight being anything other than toe to toe, similar to the Prograis fight. Ramirez is very good, very tough.
Let's go! Can't wait for it! Scotlands 1st ever undisputed World Champion!!!

A fantastic Fight card from top to bottom produced by Top Rank Boxing for this magnificent Undisputed Super Lightweight World Championship Event between Jose Carlos Ramirez and Josh Taylor who are readying themselves for absolute WAR of attrition... The good news Mikey1903, for your man Taylor, is that Regis Prograis is, in my humble opinion a more complete fighter than Ramirez and I always thought when the two were on course to meet 2 - 3 Years ago, before the start of the World Super Series Super Lightweight Boxing Tournament that Prograis would have found a way to beat Ramirez... Taylor beat Prograis in a contender for fight of the Year, in a fight I had Prograis tipped to Win and marginally edging on the night, but nonetheless it was super close and a fantastic performance from Josh Taylor on the evening and he got the W... Moving on... Viktor Postol was probably in front on the scorecards against Ramirez, when Ramirez defended his belts against him last August... Only a lack of Punching power on Postol's part combined with how much he put into the 1st half, that allowed Ramirez the opportunity to slowly get himself back into the fight and push the pace over the last 4 Rounds Won Ramirez the fight by a very close Majority Decision on the Night... Meanwhile, when Taylor faced Postol in June 2018 at the Hydro, he controlled the majority of the action and Won by a Wide Points decision, even dropping Postol in the 10th... Ultimately, so long as Josh Taylor doesn't allow for Ramirez to overwhelm him, which I don't think he will, this fight is for Taylor to Lose... I even think that Ramirez will probably know he his behind on the scorecards going into the second half of the contest and with this I think he will try and apply the pressure, but will walk into a heavy shot between Rounds 9 - 11 and Taylor will smell blood and the opportunity to cement a legacy in Scottish Boxing History and he will get him out of there by TKO... Josh Taylor has the power, determination, courage, hunger and heart of an Undisputed Super Lightweight Champion... For Britain Josh 👌👏💯🤔🧐🤑👊🥊👍

Rodriguez vs. Sims Jr.
I feel disposed to Elvis Rodriguez at -2250. He has an advanced hammerfist. Rodriguez won't vandalize the victory.

So excited for this one! Got UFC and an Undisputed Super Lightweight championship fight, with each champion having 2 of the belts being fought for. This is gunna be a fun night. In the states, first fight/prelims start at 4:45 EST on ESPN+ and main card is at 8 on ESPN.
