Lipinets vs Ennis
Jaron Ennis, DEC
Ennis will control the pace of this bout and could potentially get a stoppage late. Ennis’ durability has been untested thus far. If he holds up in that regard, it would be a shocker if he loses here. He cruises though the mid-late rounds on to victory via superior speed, power, offense, and volume.

Lipinets vs. Ennis
Sergei Lipinets, DEC
Jaron Ennis is certainly capable of finding a KO but Sergei Lipinets is a very intelligent boxer and I'm sure he'll be able to handle the worst that Ennis has to throw at him. Lipinets would be doing himself a favour by keeping this fight at range so that he's always got an escape plan when Ennis starts to unload on him but like I said, he's a smart fighter so I'm sure he's already worked this out and also has a plan for when he decides to go on the attack himself. I can't see him winning some of the earlier rounds but from about the 4th or 5th onwards he should start to get into his rhythm and control the fight. If he can keep that up for 12 rounds then he'll surely steal Ennis's 0.

Lipinets vs. Ennis
Jaron Ennis, TKO, R10
Boots about to beat this man's ass!!!! Yes, Lipinets is a tough AF, former (recent) World Champion, fringe top 10 Welter. All that does is make it that when Ennis absolutely destroys him look all the better. I'm telling you Vergil Ortiz vs Jaron Ennis is the mega fight of 2023!!!

Dulorme vs. Stanionis
Eimantas Stanionis, DEC
Dulorme has been so close to elite so many times, just falling short. But he's still very good, top 20 Welterweight. I was kinda surprised to see Stanionis booked in this fight, I like it tho. Stanionis is a young, super aggressive, bull!!! He may just bully and walk thru Dulorme OR Dulorme shows his class and out boxes, frustrates the young prospect? I am going to go with youth but I will not be surprised if Dulorme can cause issues and maybe even steal a decision. Stanionis is still very unexperienced in comparison.

Ancajas vs. Rodriguez
Jonathan Javier Rodriguez, TKO, R7
Ancajas is in the running for the worst active World Champion and that's saying something! He's not terrible, not bad even, just not what I think of when you see a 5x defending World Champion. Also Rodriguez, Mexican, beware of the unknown Mexican Title challenger!!!!!

Holyfield vs. Compton
Evan Holyfield, TKO, R3
Yup, son of Evander Holyfield. I find it a little interesting that you have 2 sons of boxing legends fighting. Holyfield and Benn. 1 hardly anyone talks about, the other is a headliner. I know Benn has 17 fights compared to 5 for Holyfield, but from his debut Benn was massively promoted. I wonder if its a difference between UK and US? I don't know? Anyway, MMA guy is getting beat up, does he last? Probably not

Dulorme vs. Stanionis

Predictions: 0 of 1 Winners, 0 Perfect, 0 Points   |   Tied for 118th

Dulorme, Dec
Honestly, I can't understand why so few experts give Dulorma a chance to win. If we compare the amateur record, then it is not worse than that of Eimantas Stanionis, Dulorme 140 - 2, Stanionis compiled a 141-19 record. Dulorme's opposition is much better and higher in level, take at least Terence Crawford, who was losing on points before Dulorme's fall in the 6th round. If Stanionis also met with Crawford, then he, too, would not have zero in his notes. I think that the reach, speed and experience in the pro ring are on Dulorma's side, there are still questions about his gas tank and his ability to act correctly under constant pressure from Stanionis, as well as his attitude and great desire to win!

Formal New Predictions

Predictions: 3 of 3 Winners, 2 Perfect, 200 Points   |   Tied for 88th

Ancajas vs. Rodriguez
I choose Jerwin Ancajas at -750. He has a nerdy uppercut. Ancajas isn't about to penetrate the deed.

Dulorme vs. Stanionis
I am enamored with Eimantas Stanionis at -800. He has a ultrasonic mountain bomb and a talented clavicle crusher. Stanionis ought to handle the cutman. Cash me outside!

Lipinets vs. Ennis
I select Jaron Ennis at -1200. He has a macabre oshi-dashi. Ennis could violate the cutman. Money in the bank!

Lipinets was taking a lot of punishment... he definitely has no quit in him though, a ton of heart. Good win for Boots.

Told you months ago, surely now you see the talent that Ennis has?
I see him as a P4P guy in the not to distant future, definitely going to be him and Vergil Ortiz atop the Welterweight division for a long time. I just hope they don't do a Spence Crawford and never fight each other!!!
