Fights to Make: Next for Jingliang Li?

Li earned the #12 position in the Welterweight division with his KO victory over Ponzinibbio.
He is 32 years old, 11 - 4 in the UFC.
WHO IS NEXT?
1. Belal Muhammad (#13) - On a 3-fight win streak, Muhammad is unproven versus top tier fighters. Tilt Li vs Muhammad for a fun fight to see which guy can continue to build his resume in the welterweight division. This is the fight I want most.
2. Vicente Luque (#10) - Luque makes an exciting matchup between 2 gifted strikers with a potential bout versus Li. Luque is looking for a fight, having called out Leon in December...and Li sustained no injuries in his quick knockout of the Argentinian Dagger. A top, fan friendly spectacle.
3. Geoff Neal (#11) - Coming off an embarrassing loss to Wonderboy recently, Neal could return in a couple of months to face the Leech next. Maybe Neal needed more time to recover from serious illness, and now he is back in the swing of fight life? Although positioned side-by-side in the rankings, its less likely we see this fight since Neal is off a loss and Li is off a win.
