All Rob needs is a jab, and takedowns both of which he has and uses frequently. Costa wonât be able to keep up and he will be gunshy for the whole fight trying to find his pressure heavy rhythm but Rob will consistently interrupt it.

Sober Costa is dangerous, and Whittaker's chin isn't the best, but he should still be able to survive a few scares and land his own offense and takedowns for a competitive but clear decision.

Back when this fight was first scheduled after the Whittaker v Romero II fight, I firmly believed that Kelvin would KO Rob and take the belt because the damage Rob took was just insane. But now I think Rob is going to be as close to 100% as possible, and I think his entire skillset is just way better than Kelvin's. The boxing will be an issue, but I think Rob will have an advantage essentially everywhere else.
