Predictions: 4 of 10 Winners, 2 Perfect, 250 Points | Tied for 3325th
That being said...Andrei Arlovsky is getting hard to watch. He goes out there and is basically doing a sparring session. He doesn't throw any power...hardly any volume....and he just dances at range throwing 5 strikes per round. It's not a good recipe to win fights at heavyweight...guys are eventually gonna get through and crack him.
People are ****ting on Chase Sherman but I watched his interview and he's been training at Elevation and seems highly motivated. He is leaving his job to pursue MMA...and I think that's worth something. He's not gonna fight for a title or anything but I think he can throw more volume and land a couple takedowns to beat Andrei.
I could be wrong. I'm wrong all the time this is MMA.

Also I agree with @ngannoupunch arlosvski throws no power anymore it's like a light sparring session, look at his record his last five fights have either been him winning decision in a boring fight or him getting finished by heavy hitters, rozenstruik and aspinal who pulled the choke in the end, arlovski is a smaller heavyweight also and is not tko'ing anyone ever again in his career at heavyweight, sherman looks bigger and wider

Robert Whittaker, DEC
This is going to be a very interesting main event. Both of these dudes are veterans but Whittaker, a former middleweight champion is only 30 years old and Gastelum is only 29. Bobby Knuckles has a 3 inch height advantage and a two inch reach advantage. This is orthodox against southpaw as Gastelum is a lefty. Looking at the data this appears to be a very close matchup according to the numbers. Both of these dudes finish just under 2/3 of their wins and Gastelum has only been finished once in his career by sub and has never been knocked out. Whittaker has lost 3 of his 5 career losses by finish, 2 by KO and 1 by sub. They have 50 pro fights combined between them and their average fight times are both just above 10 minutes. Whittaker is the busier striker throwing 11.13 SS/min while Kelvin throws 8.34 and both these guys striking accuracy is a little better than 40% The power numbers are very similar as they both land a knockdown on just over 1% of their SS landed. The narrative seems to be that Whittaker is chinnier than Kelvin but Whittaker has been knocked down .43 times per 15 minutes while Gastelum has been knocked down .34 times per 15. Gastelum is the more active wrestler landing 1.22 takedowns per 15 minutes but Whittaker has 84.13% takedown defense so in a five round fight trying too many takedowns could be exhausting. The level of competition these guys has faced is similar with Whittaker having the slight edge in facing tougher fighters. I think the call here is Whittaker by decision as I see Bobby’s volume and accuracy making the difference here as Gastelum may not have the gas tank to implement a wrestling-heavy game plan for 5 rounds which would probably be his best path to victory.
