Here is an ordered list of the 10 current UFC Flyweights that have been with the company the longest. (No Amateur TUF debut dates are counted). I'm not going to lie, I made a Flyweight one to entertain myself. I only did a top 10 for this one since everyone past that debuted 2019 and onwards. That's right, there are only 10 UFC Flyweights that have been with the company for more than 2 years at this point. Fun fact, right?

The fact that only 10 Flyweights have been in the UFC for more than 2 years suggests that Dana has a bias against certain weight classes when it comes to cutting fighters.

If that's the case then I think he's making a big mistake because the Flyweight division is one of the UFC's most interesting to watch. I'd place the Lightweight and Bantamweight divisions above it but they still produce a lot of entertaining fights.
