Hamazaryan vs. Yun
Dmitry Yun, DEC
Poor Hamrazyan may have had the worst luck of any boxer in the world! Robbed in his Showtime US TV debut, the rematch is a split draw that he probably should of won! Then draws his rebound fight (again he should have won!) his Las fight he knocks his opponent down and still gets jobbed!!! What a ****** run of bad judges!!! Know his records ****** and in boxing that means you get thrown to the wolves!!! Yes, Dmitry Yun would be on my prospect list Fisty!!! These boys from Uzbekistan I'm telling you, they're taking over!!!! Gonna be a lot of World Champions from here so look out for the Uzbekistan colours 👀

Zalilov vs. Nikitin

Hamazaryan vs. Yun

Predictions: 5 of 6 Winners, 0 Perfect, 265 Points   |   31st Place

Yun is a prospect. His professional debut took place in the United States, where he moved to become part of the team of Sergey Kovalev. Afterwards, he made his debut in Russia on November 2020 as a part of the RCC tournament and established himself in the Russian organization. He fought a tough bout against a young Uzbekistan’s Sherzod Abdurazzokov and won by a larger total vote.

Zhora Hamazaryan is a more experienced fighter. He first went into the ring six years ago. He had remained invincible for three years and won a WBO Youth world title. The boxer had a streak of eight victories and then received an invitation to compete in the United States. As a result the debut was successful, but he performed four difficult bouts for himself.

He initially lost by split decision to the American’s Thomas Mattice. Moreover, Zhora knocked him down in the second round, but could not bring the fight to victory. Immediately after that, the boxers had a second fight - a draw by split decision. Then another draw with the same result. Finally, he knocked down Arslan Magomedov, but lost again in November.

Hamazaryan is training in the USA as well, and he has every chance to beat Yun. For the Armenian boxer this meeting is to become a chance to get out of the protracted series of failures. Yun is also focused on winning as he does not intend to ruin the clean record, that means that the audience will see a real clash in the ring.

If the fight was in amateurs, then I would give preference to Dmitry, but since this is a fight in professional boxing, then I choose Zhora. I think that after Zhora's missed strong punches in the second round, possibly a knockdown, Dmitry's head will be like a bee's hive and he will not be able to think normally, and his hands will become heavy as if weights were tied to them. Dmitry, could have been saved by super stamina and high combat density, but I do not think that he is the second Alexander Usik! Since Dmitry does not have power and Zhora will not be particularly afraid of him, it will be easier for Zhora to come closer and carry out his plan for the fight and he will drop him with a strong right to meet him.

The only thing that always bothers me is the refereeing, many fighters have zeros in their homeland. Dmitry has a promoter Egis Klimas, Zhora has a Вanner promotion , I don't know who is more influential!
But do not forget that Zhora is 142 of 1953 in the rating, and Dmitry is 345 out of 1953, and Dmitry won the last two fights out of five by only two points.
Let the strongest win !!!

Yeah, I almost picked Zhora myself. But he's just had such a bad run of luck lately.
Also, about the judges, this is an RCC card. Only Yun has fought on their cards 3x now, this is the 4th,so he is the home fighter. That always makes a difference. I wish it didn't, because if you win you should be rewarded. But this is boxing and the away fighter always has to do more than just win and I don't see Zhora getting the KO.
Find out soon!

Good call A***!!!!
Zhora absolutely flattened Yun with a brutal right hand!
Was a great fight, Zhora was down in the 2nd.
Got to feel good for the guy. Like I said before he was robbed in 3 of his last 4 fights! This was a do or die fight for him.
Maybe a bad move by Yuns team matching up a 5-0 prospect with a guy who's record is very deceiving!

@Mikey1903

So basically Yun's team thought that Zhora was a bum because he had a few losses when really he was just getting robbed and thought that Yun would win easily and now their undefeated prospect has lost his 0? You love to see it!

Not sure they thought he was a bum. I mean he obviously wasn't! But anyone who followed boxing closely would have known that Zhora had been screwed over!
Maybe they just had a lot of confidence in their guy. Nothing wrong with that. Like I've been banging on about, this should happen more often.
Yun can come again, he is still a good boxer

Here's a 1 minute highlight by the way. A lot of action in the 4 rounds.

Cool! looked like a great fight! As you say, it's always good to see two good boxers fight, even if that's not what the promoters originally had in mind but the fans enjoyed it and that's all that matters!
