Let me Start, I find it insane it like 4 days to Chrismas , Im suprise it so close to the end of the Year,  Fells like Junes.Anyone have anything cool plan for Chrissy, I’m probley just gonna mess around at the gym

And come on Austin don't play dumb...........any wrestler from 6th grade on or any fighter who cuts weight......also diets or watches their weight? If not the cut is that much harder. If it's so detrimental then why are middle school kids allowed to do it? 

Oh for sure, there is both elements in "making weight" for instance my schedule usually looks like this:

• Sunday: 3 gallons of water, normal salt, normal carbs (i.e healthy but no restrictions)
• Monday: 2.5 gallons of water, normal salt, normal carbs
• Teusday: 2 gallons of water, normal salt, 1/2 carbs
• Wednesday: 1 gallon of water, normal salt, no carbs
• Thursday: 1/2 gallon water (stop drinking and eating 24 hours before weigh-ins) no salt, no carbs.
• Friday: No water, no salt, no carbs, no food. Run/jog (1-3miles) in full suit. Sauna (30 minutes in 5 minutes out) until weight is made.

Most I've ever lost is 27 pounds Sunday to Friday. While the dieting aspect is healthy and normal, the severe dehydration and lost of salts from the body is very unhealthy and causes severe damage to the brain and kidneys (as well as just about every organ of the body).

I am in graduate school researching concussions and their associated damage to the brain. I can promise you that just because we don't see immediate chronic effects, individuals are paying the price across their lifetimes with severely increased risk of: stroke, alzheimers, dementia, PTSD, mania, anxiety, and chronic depression.

Saltatory conduction is the ENTIRE basis by which our neurons communicate inside our brain. Imagine what you're doing by eliminating those salts and lowering your baseline like we do in weight cutting. Now imagine you lose water which provides the bulk of your ECF and blood-brain-barrier protection. NOW imagine you're a developing 14 year old kid with 4-5 times more neurocognitive energy requirements of an adults and you're doing these things...? Trust me weight cutting is ****** up, but people just don't know why. I'm not mad at any coaches or anyone because nobody has educated them. The field is so far behind in these areas and public outreach is just trash. Think about the amount of misinformation and lack of education about a ******* world-wide vaccine. There's even less knowledge and public understanding about concussions.

Also what goofs put me on their P4P list lmfao, one of my buddies just pointed out to me that I'm currently ranked between Curtis Blaydes and Patricio Freire. What the actual **** lmfao.

Also @Fisty, I've had 5 opponents back out of a fight for October 1st, but if I finally land one and get a positive win rate you have to promise to take me off of your list hahahaha.

Under your name it says “not a can, could submit anyone on this list” but yeah I’ll agree to that if it’s what you want haha! They probably backed out when they saw who they were up against 

Nahhh, it’s more for @Mikey who doesn’t like the current state of the P4P rankings. Personally I kind of consider myself kind of a can, because of how bad my wrestling it primarily. Also I love the list in general lol!

Before I even read the bottom tweet all I could think it is, Yeah because you married a sugar momma and super rich Ronda Rousey. If not he would be living in his car and his name would be on the class action lawsuits against the UFC. 

He should open his 10k fridge and eat expensive ice cream and tell people to stay home during the pandemic.

To be fair he didn't pull out, the commission called it, he showed up 12 pounds over lol.
