Actually, on a serious note, I don’t think life peaking at childhood has to do with being an adult being ****, rather because most of us are woefully unprepared for adulthood. With the right amount of enthusiasm, you can teach a child anything with repetition. How to paint a fence, how to mend a wound, how to fix a car, anything. Except, the two things you cannot do with meager repetition, and arguably the most important roles you will have in your life: How to be a good romantic partner, and how to raise a child. After that, it’s sink or swim. History is doomed to repeat to those who ignore it, and if we continue to teach our kids hard lessons early, they are doomed to repeat our failures as we became adults.
