Because I 4D chessed my insurance agency, and they paid me out replacement value for a structure that was a rickety ****box that I was going to demo anyway. Blamed it on the recent flooding/weather events here. Neither had anything to do with it, really. But at night all cats are grey.

Even god wants me to win. Or Satan. They're both great. I literally cannot lose.
