Looks like another card where the Tapology pickers are a little bit off with some of these predictions!!

I've got an idea! As Tapology is mostly made up of MMA fans who know little about boxing and seeing as you're an encyclopedia on boxing, why don't you start a general boxing thread where you can rant about anything boxing related and we can all discuss and learn more about boxing? Who knows, maybe you'd be able to convert some die hard MMA fans into die hard boxing fans as well, after all every serious boxing fan once started out as a casual boxing fan!

Just to clarify. The English Commentary isn't until the main card starts, I think there's 5 fights on the main card. It's a 15+ fight card so plenty fights

Yeah Stephen. I have thought about doing something like that. I had an idea last week actually. Someone was asking to tell them some up n coming prospects who they wouldn't have heard of (I ended naming 2-0 Japanese, Russian, Dominicans, and a whole thread about Uzbeks!!!).
I thought about creating a little weekly newsletter that would let people now the fighters to look out for all across the world who were fighting that week.
I don't know tho? I have been pretty busy lately. Also, I always say that if anyone has a question just ask as I'm more than happy to answer

A thread like that would give you the opportunity to share anything you want about boxing whether it's up and coming fighters, big fights coming up or just having another meltdown about the insane number of belts in boxing and it would also give us the opportunity to ask questions and debate whatever it is we're talking about.

Speaking of questions, here's one I put on your wall late last night but probably belongs in a thread thinking about it. What do you think of Denzel Bentley https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/814452 I've been following his progress since I first heard of him last year after the fight against Kelcie Ball and I'm getting pretty exited about him. He's already one of the top Middleweights in Britain at the moment (in my opinion at least and certainly one of my favourite Middleweights in boxing at the moment) and I recon he's gonna be one of the top Middleweights in the world one day but you know WAY more about boxing than I do so I was curious to see what you think of him. Is he legit or am I joining the hype train too soon? (I have a habit of doing that, especially with young British boxers!) Thanks!

I would definitely subscribe to that thread, Mikey has the most interesting insights into these fights plus he’s funny to boot!

I'll see about starting something, like I said I've been pretty busy this past while and am in need of a little break. Maybe in the New Year I'll set something up?

About Denzel Bentley, yes he's good. I thought he was excellent in his last fight. Stopping Mark Heffron and winning the British title.  I like his style, he's slick, good jab(which I love!), good movement, footwork and defence. He's all around pretty good and he can Bang a little! 
But, he's still early in his career, 12 fights. So I'd like to see him defend his British title a couple of times 1st then go for European and Commonwealth before even thinking about World level. Get closer to 20 fights and get that experience. I do worry about him being with Frank Warren, as he's not a great track record of building British talent to World level. Look at Yarde and Dubois recently.  
But, yeah, Bentley is 1 to watch. Hopefully he will achieve World but take some time to develop 1st

By the way. A BANGER of a fight just went down on this card.
Vildan Minasov vs Bakhodur Usmanov. Usmanov is a highly decorated amateur, world amateur medalist and Olympic qualifier, signed by MTK. Making his debut. He didn't get an easy touch. He got a WAR!!!! Crazy fight!!!  It starts about 4 hours into the stream if you want to check it out 

Also, I am a little pissed that half this card has changed from yesterday to today!!!! Does my feckin head in!!!!

No. Changes happen on cards all the time bud. 
The fight card I had on Tapology was exactly the same as BoxRec last night.  Then the event starts and it's all different. Like I said it happens all the time with cards big and small. I'm used to it now but it still pisses me off! Haha 

hopefully it's the same fights that were listed on
