Be careful with this one. I think Spivak is better everywhere, but it's still a low level heavyweight fight. I'm not impressed at all with Vanderaa and Spivak should be able to get him to the ground at some point and I'd expect him to start working submissions once he's down there.

This is going to look a lot like Blaydes vs Willis. I think Lewis will be comfortable surviving on his back and try to land that bomb early in the round, but Curtis should win easily.

Hmm...... This could be another case of where inactivity can plague a fighter into a huge recession of development. Drako is the complete opposite. The only thing that holds me back is that Drako is young, but man he could be something good....

Further to your previous info about supplements etc.
Educate yourselves about what substances are processed through the liver, and which via the kidneys.
This was learned too late for me.
When I was taken off opiates (AND nuerontin and tramadol and all the other non-opiate pain relievers that are now controlled substances in my and many other states) and put on a daily dose of 1,800-2,400mg of ibuprofen, the doctor never mentioned that these doses over the YEARS would ultimately cause kidney damage.
I only found this out when I gave a urine sample in the ER and was told I was in stage 4 kidney failure.
I'm fine, I'm active and positive but I'm not the point.
Basically, aspirin and ibuprofen (plus more, including diuretics and some antibiotics) harm the kidneys.
Steroids and acetaminophen are processed through the liver and cause damage long term.
Sometimes even short term.

Predictions: 6 of 12 Winners, 2 Perfect, 375 Points   |   Tied for 978th

You’re statement is very true, particularly depending on the status of the liver. Chronic conditions that impact the liver will drastically affect your drug metabolism. People who drink alcohol regularly or take high doses of salicylates/aspirin (high doses undergo 0 order kinetics in the liver, whereas low doses are washed through the kidneys) or acetaminophen regularly can be doing a lot of damage to their liver. It’s absolutely imperative to talk to your doctor prior to starting a drug regimen because so much of your lifestyle changes how drugs impact you. **** even a morning g****fruit can cause your heart meds to **** you up. And do your own due diligence cause sometimes Doctors won’t take the time to incorporate your lifestyle into their calculations. Have a conversation with them and be as open as possible.

tldr: The golden rule, anything you put into your body has to eventually make it’s way out. And your waste processing centers in your gut, kidney, and liver can only do so much.
