I personally think all knees and all elbows should be legal. I think it muddies the water too much. That knee is no more dangerous than Masvidals or what Aalon Cruz did to Peterson and many other examples. Same for the elbows all of them are legal besides a 12-6 motion?  *** i 100% guarantee you that you can generate more power with an elbow the legal way than you can trying to throw it 12-6 with the bottom of your elbow. None of it really makes sense

@hideff thats a different subject. While i believe 12-6 elbows should be legal. Knees to the grounded oppoent are a different story.

12-6 elbows are ilegal because when the 1st commission was formed they watched karate guys on espn 2am in the morning breaking bricks. Seriously. Stupid rule that should not exist and fighters should be allowed to use a 12-6 elbow. **** 11-6 elbows are legal

Knees to grounded opponent is different because when you knee a person standing, the head is able to go backwards. On the ground is it not able to and thus you have a very high chance of breaking his neck and killing/paralyzing to other fighter. Although when they are on there knees like aljo was. I think a knee is acceptable and give the head backward movement.

I can get behind that lol so even if they made the rule you cant knee or kick to the head if the head is in contact with the ground or cage. Even that would be more clear and logical than the different terms of "grounded opponent" depending what country or state you're in. But yea the elbow **** is stupid lol ask Reem after Blaydes or Jeremy Stephens after Kattar if a 12-6 is worse haha

A little late and captain hindsight (kinda, i picked trevin) but shocked at how few people picked Trevin Jones. If his fight against Timur showed 2 things it showed heart and punching power. Not to mention that he now had a full camp while bautista didnt

I hate how people are not giving Jan Blachowicz his respect for what he just did. He out landed Izzy for the 3 rounds it was on the feet, A smaller fighter who the best kickboxing in the world. That actually quite Incredible  and that get loss by most fan and the media scoring because of the sound of Joe Rogan sucking Izzy **** in the Background. Izzy didn't win a round in that fight, Jan shots was harder and he was out landing him, How did Izzy win any of them round. Jan Blahovics derseve a performance bonus for that, And Not some guy who got a easy win off a can in Medic,

Fans need to stop disrespecting Jan, He's the most under rated fighter in the UFC. He went from Bum to contender to  Champion to beating the pound for pound number 1 guy, Give this man your respect and he  my favourite UFC fighter for such a  turnaround

yans knee was intentional, the referee clearly warned yan that aljo was a downed fighter.
