2 of the UK's very best prospects right here! I love the match up but it also kinda sucks!! Just because I think both these guys are more than capable of being top 10 UFC Flyweights. Now 1 of them has to suffer a loss and work their way back. It is what it is and 1 things for sure, whoever wins this fight will surely be heading into the UFC full of confidence and without a doubt the no.1 Flyweight in the UK and Western Europe(there's a couple of great Russians too!) Shanks is a suffocating wrestler, non stop take downs, ground control and ground and pound. Hadley has a very dangerous submission threat and his boxing keeps getting sharper, enough that he is a legit threat in both areas/

Anyone picking Martignoni based on his undefeated record and Maia has 3 losses needs to take a closer look. Yeah Martignoni is unbeaten but against who??? Maia last 2 losses are to Jack Shore, the best 135er in Europe and a real UFC prospect and Herberth Sousa is the no.1 135er in Brazil, just won the CFFC title and is on his way to the UFC. Or you could load up Maias last fight on Fight Pass. Maia is gonna smash this guy!!!
