The Savage Babic is back, always entertaining when he's in the ring!

Hoping Niall Kennedy comes to fight and has some defensive skills to his Boxing this evening... Personally, I can't see past a Babic Win and a Stoppage Win at that, but hopefully Kennedy can take him out of Rounds 1 and 2...Something tells me that Kennedy will be under enormous pressure though... This will be his hardest ever Professional Boxing test and it is good matchmaking by the Matchroom Sports Team... As a lot of Irish fans will be watching on to support one of their own and this inevitably will enable them to view 'The Savage' Alen Babic for possibly the first time... Babic will ultimately get more of a fan base and unfortunately for Niall Kennedy this evening, he will be on the receiving end of Alen Babic punching volume and power... Babic is too young, too fresh, too active, punches too much, like a Cruiserweight and punches too hard for Niall Kennedy to last the distance... I certainly don't see the fight going past 5! 🤔🥊👊👍

Hopefully this evening, the Boxing Ring will Crown 👑a new British Female World Champion... Chantelle Cameron is an excellent fighter in her own right and although she is matched tough this evening against the very capable Brazilian who also had a very good Amateur career in Adriana Araujo, I personally think that Chantelle will have slightly too much for her and will be crowned after 10 hard rounds the New WBC Female Super Lightweight Champion of the World 🥊👊🤔👍

Time for Joshua Buatsi to show exactly what he his made of and what all the hype is about... He his matched tough tonight, but I still expect him to Win every Round, looking good while doing so, with all the Boxing skills that he has... Marco Calic was a very decent Amateur Boxer and likes to move and Box... But I think Joshua Buatsi will be a different level tonight and after 4 - 5 Rounds, I hope he pushes towards getting a finish and showing us Boxing Fans the spite that he has in his punches, when in full flow... Looking forward to watching this excellent Fightcard put on by Matchroom Boxing and Sky Sports... Also, let's hope that Barry and Eddie Hearn are OK and get well soon 🤔🥊👊👍

After last night's Zepeda Baranchyk craziness I'm not sure tonight can live up to that, but what could???!!!

Some OK fights here. Kinda feel like all the A Side fighters will win pretty easily but I'd love to see an upset. As long as its not Chantelle Cameron!!!!

The upset nearly came with the young gun John Hedges.. 
Macklin and Nelson had his opponent winning, I thought it was a draw... I know it was his first contest and it was live on sky, but I expected so much more out of him, given his Amateur career of 40 - 4...Maybe it was too much of a test for an 18 Year old novice, because it was certainly super close, with Hedges maybe getting a Matchroom Card Decision, has you often put it Mikey... 🥊👊🤔👍

Just found out that Araujo is Amanda Nunes sister. I haven't double checked that so it may be wrong!!!  Looks a bit similar though 

Does anyone know if this is right, i dont bet on fights to often but i bet that the Alen Babic fight would go past 2.5 rounds and it went to the 3rd but said i lost. Is that right. My first time betting on a boxing fight

I think for over 2.5 the fight would've needed to go past the half way point of the 3rd round. So you missed by a minute bud!!! 

Correct Mikey, that is how the Bookies play the trick on novice bettors, slightly deceiving isn't it, but that is how it works unfortunately... 

Congratulations to Chantelle Cameron, welcome to the club and a fantastic performance throughout the fight... Cameron won every minute of every round, against an opponent who missed weight and you could definitely see the weight difference in there... Fantastic 🏆🥇🇬🇧🤔🥊👊👊🥊👍

Congratulations to Joshua Buatsi too, who was given a real test this evening against an opponent who like Buatsi left everything in the Ring trying to Win... I cover Rounds 7 - 9 for a Buatsi stoppage, but Joshua, I wish you had gone a little further, rather than so spiteful and ruthless... A bout with fellow Matchroom Light Heavyweight and Big Puncher, Callum Johnson surely has to follow, whilst Anthony Yarde deals with Lyndon Arthur... Then Ol Frank and Good Ol Eddie can arrange for the Battle of Britain at Light Heavyweight next Summer, it what will surely be a massive Boxing Event, hopefully with fans in attendance!! Callum Johnson would again be a dangerous acid test, before a major fight with Yarde and a soon to be World Title Challenge, but Buatsi came through turbulence tonight to deliver a very good finish... Impressive once again 🇬🇧🥇🤔🥊👊👊🥊👍

An excellent Sunday Fight card, promoted and put together by Matchroom Sports once again this evening... Without fans in attendance, I personally think this Sunday evening event works well and should be used again, as I truly believe if the card is strong, it will capture a decent audience... Only reason I know is that I once questioned it with the Bookies when it happened to me and the advisor thought it was unjust... I also placed the same bet on the Babic Vs Kennedy fight and only realised after you posted Metlex, that I lost that stake money too... Fortunately I backed Round 3 for Babic to go Savage and put Niall Kennedy, a Heavyweight who was a decent Irish Amateur and who came in to the fight with what appeared to be an impressive 13 - 1 record, out of his misery... I knew pre fight, that because Kennedy couldn't punch hard enough to earn Alen's respect, he was in for a tough night at the Office and would struggle to get past the 4th Round... When Alen puts it on you, he brings the heat 🔥🔥 and he loves the smoke... Next 👍🥊👊👊🥊🤔
