Mousasi is starting to show signs of slowing down. Split decision against an old Machida, loss against Lovato, really tough decision agaisnt Shlemenko, his only good recent performence being against Rory MacDonald, who I think was a very favorable matchup for him (not a striking threat, same fighting style but smaller, very fragile recently). Lima is smaller, but he has decent TDD, and crazy power in his fists and kicks, and every competent striker has been able to hurt Mousasi recently.
