@hyrm I think Adasanya will blow throw Jiri and Santos tbh. They all slow and untechnical compare to the best fighter in the world that not retired at the moment. Izzy is an all time great or atlest a future all i time great,  People underate Izzy because he a massive D-Bag but he blow throw Rob and Costa. And Honesly being slightly smaller might actually be a advantage because speed  kill in MMA and I think smaller guy win more likely then  big guy

Yeah. No striker is beating Izzy TBH. I have no idea who is.

Chimaev is the only guy I can think of who can beat either Usman or Adesanya because of his all around game especially his wrestling.  We'll see how he does against Leon Edwards in December but 2021 could be the year of Chimaev.  It's funny Khabib retires and now we have another guy from that region who has the potential of being as dominant as Khabib.  The pass of the torch!   It's more likely that Jon Jones will beat Adesanya next year and Chimaev beats Usman after getting through Edwards.  I think Adesanya beats Jan Blachowicz and then Jon will challenge him after that.

2021 is the year of superfights:
Adesanya vs Jon Jones (late 2021)
GSP vs Khabib (summer 2021)  (Khabib's actual last fight ever)

Another random thought:  I don't think Daniel Cormier is fully retired yet either I think we'll get to see him in a true final fight against Brock Lesnar if Brock signs a one off fight deal with the UFC.  I think the UFC brass loves DC and wants to reward him with the money fight he always wanted.  I hope so.

Izzy wouldn’t stand against Jones or Cormier.

Not sure. Prime Jones or DC prob not. I think he probably beats 2020 Jones. I don't think Johnny has the cardio to wrestle**** Izzy these days, and that's what he'd need to do IMO.

One thing that piss me off is how people think Khamzat is some God for Koing GM3 in 20 secound when Ian Henish who fighting on the card everyone think he ain’t good Ko’d GM3 in 40 secound, Just saying , Usman and Izzy will kick Khamzat ass IMO and I think the underated  Leon would to . Khamzat May be the future Goat ,but his first 3 fight he fought 3 fighter who got destroyed in similar way by different guy . I hoping Khamzat does well but The truth in the matter is that their many unknown for Khamzat IMO like Cardio and his skill fighting great UFC fighter

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 6 of 10 Winners, 4 Perfect, 450 Points   |   Tied for 708th

Santos vs. Teixeira
Thiago Santos, TKO, R1
Texeira has been on an excellent late-career resurgence but it ends here. Santos has fought and blasted far quicker fighters, Glover is going to appear to move in slow motion by comparison. I'm going with Santos in round 1 for now but might move to round 2 or 3 later in the week if Texeira is looking good at weigh ins etc.

Arlovski vs. Boser
Tanner Boser, TKO, R1
Tanner Boser is sneakily one of the best heavyweights in the entire division, he should be ranked #5 or 6 in my opinion. He's recently been really putting it together adding some power behind his punches but not at the expense of speed or volume. He has 100% takedown defense and has only been KO'd once, in 2015. Arlovski might have taken him if he was in his prime but he doesn't have a chance here.

Barcelos vs. Taha
Raoni Barcelos, DEC
Taha is outmatched in every single facet of this fight, I honestly can't see a path to victory for him here. The saving grace is Barcelos is taking this fight on 10 days notice but I imagine someone like him is always near fight ready.

Heinisch vs. Allen
Brendan Allen, SUB, R2
This is a banger of a fight, close match but I think Allen will take it with a skill edge and a big size advantage. I'll get the early odds before Allen balloons to near -200

Gadelha vs. Yan
Xiaonan Yan, DEC
Gadelha is by far the most potent submission threat Yan has ever faced. Too bad she won't be able to hold Yan still or get her to the ground.

Chikadze vs. Simmons
Giga Chikadze, TKO, R1
Is this a ******* joke? Simmons is barely ready to fight in LFA, let alone the UFC, let ALONE against a monster like Giga.

Giles vs. Lewis
Bevon Lewis, TKO, R3
Oh man, you guys are ******* up on this one. I can't wait to see Giles lose his 4th fight in a row. Lewis has 100% TDD and Giles gases in every fight even when the takedowns are landing. Lewis is going to keep him at bay and pick him apart with his 5" reach advantage and eventually break him down.

Rogério de Lima vs. Romanov
Alexander Romanov, SUB, R1
De Lima's black belt is only going to be good for helping him know when to tap. For his sake I hope Romanov submits him, because he will smash him otherwise King Kong style.

Elkins vs. Garagorri
Darren Elkins, DEC
Elkins always has every disadvantage on paper, and it's why I always root for him. I love this bleeding mess of a wild man and it's weird seeing him listed as a favorite. My head says he's taken too much damage and will wilt and be finished in this fight, but my heart says his grit carries him to the score cards and he pulls it off.

Griffin vs. Brahimaj
Ramiz Brahimaj, SUB, R2
Griffin won't tap in time and is going allll the way out.

@Free, I was mostly surprised my Jedi mind-trick of, "Just let me stand up" worked.

@Fisty, read my breakdown man, Lewis has 100% takedown defense because no one has tried to take him down in the UFC. The only person to try was in his DWCS and that was barely a takedown it was a, "My god please don't knee my face again." So he is 1-0 against takedowns IF you include DWCS. He's also 0-10 for accomplishing takedowns which is a much more significant story IMO.

@Tieoken if I read your breakdowns and took them seriously I wouldn't have a 12% higher pick rate than you. Giles is massively overrated.

I mean I have a lower pick rate because I pick value for betting purposes on exclusively UFC/LFA/Bellator and not mainlining favorites from every regional show on earth. My goal isn't to have the highest pick percentage it's profit oriented. Just say you think Giles is massively overrated, because at least that's a viable opinion and not a provably incorrect statistic. Also, don't get all aggressive when someone offers a fight opinion on a fight discussion thread, it just seems weird.

@fish lol

@tieoken you’re right, that was overly aggressive. I think I read a condescending tone in your comment that wasn’t actually there, and responded in kind. I apologize, it was out of line. I do think Lewis is too strong and veteran savvy to go to the ground with Giles, and he wins handily on the feet

Im suprise I miss these bets or the odds are going down on them and they way better then my dumb bet on the last post , Yan Xaonon at -120 is a good bet because beside Joanna and Carla , The first generation of  the women straweights ain't good anymore, Claudia is on a 5 lost streak in my brain because she lost to Exparsa and Hill in pretty definate fasion

And Ian Heinish at +100 is a good line in my oppion, He's has better standup and he really good at not getting out grapple by better grappler like Shoeface and Mutanch, I think he gonna out box Brandon Allen to a close fight of the night decsion

@Fisty. No worries man, besides you're currently ahead in our head2head match for picks with the winner being decided on this event. So good luck, at least we're both pulling for Elkins.

@Damien, I think Yan is a really solid line. But, y'know, it's WMMA.
