How to describe my Finish?

I had my first amateur fight the last weekend, and i „finish“ my opponent, but I don’t know hot to call it, if it would be a pro fight and register in a statistic. I had my opponent in back side mount and throw knees to his body and he tap out to my knees, because he was not able to stand up or change the position. I know there is TKO finishes by (Submission to Punches), but my opponent „tap out“ to my knees. So should I call it „Submission to Knees“?

Congrats on your first win!
In the Tapology database, we prefer to enter this as a TKO and not as a Submission. We consider Submission to mean there was a Submission Hold being applied (such as a choke or a lock). In your fight, there was no Submission Hold being applied. Therefore we consider this a TKO with a "tapout to knees from side mount".
