For anyone interested in watching this really decent Pro Boxing card, which is taking place in Marbella, Andalucia, Spain, featuring 8 good fights, it is being streamed live on an App called Fite TV for a price of Β£11.86 (it must be a conversion rate) and it is sure to be a cracker... As an avid Boxing Fan, I'll be tuning in... Hopefully Tyrone Nurse can make a good account of himself against well respected and powerful Kerman Lejarraga, who has beaten a number of Brits over in Spain in recent years, usually by KO... I expect 3 - 5 stoppages on this card π€π₯πππ

The start time of the event on Fite TV is 19:00pm UK time, which is 14:00pm ET in the USA... Looking forward to a good Pro Boxing Event, that will have approx 1500 people in the crowd, at a small venue in the fabulous Puerto Banus, where the rich and famous park up their Ferrari's, Porsche's and Yacht's... Been and had a look round for the day a few years back... A beautiful place in the World! If anyone is tuning in, enjoy the action π€π₯πππ

Garcia vs. Costin will be a beautiful battle with a difficult outcome to foresee, like my other neighbor Ibon Larrinaga's fight against John Carter, which will be another good fight in which Carter starts as a favorite when fighting at home.
The rest of the fights ,,, are filler

I hope Kerman Lejarraga stops Nurse to be fair... Although Tyrone Nurse is a fellow Brit, he has always been a bit of a spoiler...He has decent Boxing ability, can move a bit, is awkward and slippery, isn't really a puncher, but as always been able to take a good shot...I just put my predictions forward based on what I think will happen...Nurse hasn't looked comfortable in fights for the last 3 Years, since moving up from the Light Welterweight Division (140Lbs, or 10 Stone) where he was at his best physically and gave some decent boxing performances in British domestic fights...He has had mixed performances and results at both Welterweight and Super Welterweight (Light Middeweight 154Lbs, or 11 Stone) against moderate opposition, excluding Jack Catterall who is a very good fighter and who he has lost to....I am led to believe that he hasn't trained as hard as he would have liked for this upcoming fight with Lejarraga and Nurse didn't look all that great physique wise on the scales...Saying all this, Nurse has never been stopped throughout his 45 fight approx. Pro Boxing Career, but I think Lejarraga will catch up with him this evening, mid to late and put him away with a powerful combination against the Ropes...I guess we shall see. As they say, may the best man Win...! π€π₯ππ

Just watched on Fite TV the 1st bout and Mace Ruegg beat Michael Carrero on a Points Decision over 4 Rounds... Ruegg looked decent and used good shot selection, who is known in the boxing industry as a tough, awkward, durable journeyman, who is a good test for Boxers who have just turned Pro and have skills, combined with ambition π€π₯πππ

Just watched on Fite TV tge 2nd bout Eryk Apresyan Vs David Bency... Apesyan took care of business early, after cautious and competitive 1st Round of action...As Bency moved forward, Apresyan caught him with a huge Right hook/cross that floored Bency heavy...Bency got of the canvas and appeared to give the right signals to the Referee, but the Ref still called a Stop to the bout, obviously unhappy with what he could see in the fighter...In my opinion on TV, Bency looked as though he could continue, so it appeared like an early stoppage. The Official Result Eryk Apresyan Beat David Bency by TKO Round 2 ππ₯ππ€π

Just watched on Fite TV the 3rd bout and Salvador Jimenez beat Sandro Hernandez via a 4 Round Points Decision... Jimenez looked decent when he applied himself, as he could switch off during each Round. He carried more power and variety in his shot selection, which physically backed up Hernandez whenever he threw meaningful combinations. Hernandez played his part throughout the contest, constantly throwing punches, thinking about his shots snd looking to make Jimenez work...In the end though, Jimenez was the better Boxer/Fighter and won the bout clearly... Hernandez is another Boxer known in the boxing industry as a tough, awkward, durable journeyman, who is a good test for Boxers who have just turned Pro and have skills, combined with ambition in 4 and 6 Round contests π€π₯πππ

We are in the 2nd Round and Antunez drops Mora for a count with a nice left hook to the body...Up to that point, the first couple of Rounds had been resonably competitive between the pair...Antunez has all the natural physical attributes, size, range, strength, but Mora is a live wire and continues into Round 3 trying to cause the better Boxer Antunez some problems and definitely making him work for a Win tonight...Turning into a good 6 Round scrap...ππ₯πππ€

Just watched on Fite TV the 4th bout and Juan Jesus Antunez beat Alex Mora via a 6 Round Points Decision... Antunez looked decent and was the naturally better Boxer, with better physical attributes and overall Boxing ability, but even after being dropped in the 2nd Round, Alex Mora came to Win and was somewhat competitive throughout the contest. It ended up being a great 6 Round scrap, vecause both fighters came to win, believed in themselves and gave as good as they got... In my opinion, I think the points decision in Antunez's favour was a fair result...He carried more power and variety in his shot selection, which physically backed up Mora whenever he threw meaningful combinations and power shots. Mora did play his part throughout the contest, constantly throwing punches, thinking about his shots snd looking to make Antunez work, without ever looking to be close to being stopped...I repeat myself once again, Mora is definitely another Boxer known in the boxing industry as a tough, awkward, durable journeyman, who is a good test for Boxers who have a little extra Pro experience and who have winni ng records and have skills, combined with ambition in 4 and 6 Round contests, because Mora, especially at Super Bantamweight will be an handful π€π₯πππ

We are in the 3rd Round and Carter has dropped Larrinaga for a count with a nice big right hook to the head, as Larrinaga was trying to move out of danger...Larrinaga argued that he tripped over the advertising board, but it was counted by the Referee anyway and Larrinaga was deginitely clipped...Carter looks like the better Boxer in the bout...Question is does he have the ability and does he carry enough power to get the stoppage victory against Larrinaga this evening?? I think he does....! Now into Round 5 ππ₯πππ€

Just as I have predicted (with the bookie anyway) John Carter achieves the Stoppage victory against Larrinaga via a Referee's stoppage in Round 8 after dominating Larrinaga for most of the fight...He also picks up the vacant EBU Title at the same time....Thank you for making me a little bit of money John Carter from William Hill...Carter fought very well....His opponent was rather limited and very tired by the time of the Stoppage...It was a good fight for Carter to take for the vacant title π€π₯ππ
