Benavidez just got stripped of his Title. Missed weight by 3lbs. Fight still goes ahead but only Angulo can become Champion. Benavidez has always been Big at the weight and still growing as he is still in his early twenties. Time for Light Heavyweight bud! Waiting for him there is WBC 175 Champ Artur Beterbiev!!!!! Good luck with that Champ! 😬

For some reason it appeared on the BoxRec schedule but apparently the promoter messes about with the BoxRec listing for PBC events, kept it hidden from the schedule until a few days ago even though fight was confirmed month ago??? Strange?? Anyway this fight is likely not happening, just like the Rivera vs Villasana fight that appeared then disappeared in a day!!!??
