I read up on it.
Basically he was at a restaurant, and he was pissed off because people were sitting to close to him ( not observing social distancing).
So he was telling everybody around him to **** off, he was ********d, and the bartender tried to shut him off, so he punched the bartender in the eye.
The punch he dropped the old man with came after that. Think he was a staff member.

If perry was really scared about no social distancing he shoulda left instead of staying and arguing. He clearly wanted a fight and has a history of this. Hope that old man Sue's him till he's homeless.
