Prediction Comments

Predictions: 3 of 5 Winners, 1 Perfect, 200 Points   |   Tied for 333rd

Reyna vs. Cosce
Victor Reyna, DEC
I'm never keen to see first round finishes from cans taking up most of a record. Victor's gonna come in the bigger guy with wins over much stronger competition, particularly that win over D-Rod. In his last fight he out-pressured his opponent and threw some really nice kicks. Victor's probably gonna grind this one out

Buys vs. Rose
Hilarie Rose, DEC
I think I'm gonna have to go with Rose on her wrestling. Buys' striking looked really awkward and sloppy in her last fight which was only elevated because her opponent's striking was even worse. Rose has shown good use with her kicks and her takedowns are decent, I suspect she's gonna be the stronger of the two. Records aren't too much of a tell since they're about the same in crap

Cosce vs. Dixon
Orion Cosce, DEC
Tough one to call. I get the feeling that Orion is stronger on the ground, seems to have a good background including a submission grappling win over Max Griffin. As he'll be dropping down he'll likely have the strength advantage as well. Saying that, Dixon is also a decent wrestler with good cardio, has a lot of power in his hands but his defence could use some work. I'll go with the bigger and potentially more explosive guy in Orion.

Parisian vs. Johnson
Josh Parisian, TKO, R1
All I managed to find on Chad was him beating up a bunch of fat dudes for a music video by great value Skillet, so if this isn't peak heavyweight I don't know what is. Josh is the much cleaner boxer and will somehow have the size advantage over this USADA-fearing beast. Sucks that he got shoved into TUF the first time around but he should be able to get it done again.

Kahlon vs. Anglin
Collin Anglin, TKO, R2
Yeah I'm a little sus about Kahlon, his record primarily consists of unknown regionals with little to no experience, the only recent tape on him was from about 10 years ago. Also based on a recent article he might have Ido Portal in his corner lmao. Collin seems like a decent enough kickboxer though he tends to headhunt a little too much which could leave a lot of oppertunity for takedowns. I'm just gonna go with my gut

What do you guys think of this one, I feel like buys is the better pick but i don't know i have a feeling Rose might steal this one.

The fact that Baeza and Rodriguez didnt knock out Reyna should not be underestimated. A loss to Holland is nothing to shame. I'd like to know what belt Cosce is.

Dixon will destroy Cosce
The other Cosce may win because Reyna is 34 but I'm still leaning on Reyna.

I think the UFC are really high on Buys because she's really marketable, you know wath I mean...

Great thoughts Hym, I was just going to say that would be funny if both brothers lost, hoping to hear they kick dogs, so I can really get into it.

Interesting Buy trains with Fortis and didnt get submitted by Gillian back in day, also lost to Demoplous with 3rd round injury. She has wanted to refight the greek. Lots of fights for her in random places. She could be ready. Her challenger has similar record/fights but hasn't fought anything yet.

I think Dixon is going to look great against Cosce.  I like Rose over Buys as well, she's a grinder.

KEVIN SYLER VS KENNY CROSS

Predictions: 4 of 5 Winners, 1 Perfect, 240 Points   |   Tied for 169th

What do you guys think about this one?? I see a lot of people picking Syler but I've seen some of Cross' fights and that dude is a beast. I think Cross wins by KO Rd 1 or 2. Am I crazy or is anyone with me on this?
