Yeah, I agree. I can't get as exited about it as I normally can as I kinda feel that there's less at stake than normal. Anyone who wins will almost certainly get signed, regardless of how uninspiring the win is.

Dustin Jacoby, TKO, R2
Ty Flores, man what a disappointing fight to make it to the Contender Series off of. I mean, granted despite his record Murray is a great fighter, I remember he main evented one of my fights and I was in the crowd watching afterwards and I genuinely thought he might make it into the UFC. Turns out not so much, but still I have respect for Murray, but he absolutely destroyed Flores until Flores managed to desperately, barely get on top. Can Jacoby avoid the takedown? Probably, I mean he is used to fighting big guys his whole career and I remember watching Flores fighting at 170 like a year ago iirc. I'm not happy to add either of these guys to the UFC roster.
Cross vs. Robinson
Kenny Cross, TKO, R3
Now these are the type of fighters who deserve a shot. Very active and when they take an L they immediately start working on that aspect of their game. Robinson got his shot off of a close fight and hasn't displayed the ability to finish competent opponents whereas Kenny Cross has, despite his early Sub losses he has been really grinding his BJJ and that leads me to believe he can avoid dangerous moments to win a contract via KO.
Medic vs. Gonzalez
Uros Medic, DEC
Oh boy Gonzalez, I could fall off the eiffel tower and be fine as long as I landed on your record. Uros isn't proven either against high level competition. Neither one of these guys is ready for a shot IMO, but I'll give Medic the nod.
Rodríguez vs. Rivera
Jerome Rivera, SUB, R3
This should be another fun scrap. Luis out here finishing (bad) bantamweights, and now moving down. I think Rivera has the awareness and better overall skills to win. If the weight cut starts to get to Rodriguez then Rivera can capitalize late. I watched that Royval loss and it was a genuine fluke, a freak injury. I think Rivera belongs in the UFC and I hope he gets it done. Another good fight.
Flores vs. Leavitt
Jordan Leavitt, SUB, R1
What a nickname. I think Leavitt won't go super far in the UFC unless he rounds himself out, but he's so good at one aspect of the game that I think he takes it from Flores. I don't want him signed though, he needs a few more miles on his record before he's ready for the UFC.

Dustin Jacoby, TKO, R2
Crazy that Jacoby was in the UFC 10 years ago!!! He concentrated on his kickboxing and fought to a high level in Glory, did he fight for the title!??? Whatever, he is back to MMA full time, he had a good win over Cody East, not great but he is a former UFC Heavyweight. Basically if he can defend takedowns I expect him to start piecing Flores up and getting a late stoppage and a shiny new UFC contract
Cross vs. Robinson
Damonte Robinson, SUB, R2
Not sure about this.1. This is the 3rd opponent for Cross and I was picking both the other guys to beat him. So I have been looking at reasons to not pick Cross, so I find it hard to now find reasons for him to win! I have absolutely no idea about Robinson so it's hard to pick him here. But I'm gonna,!!
Medic vs. Gonzalez
Mikey Gonzalez, DEC
Errmmm, I have absolutely no faith in anyone who has been fighting in Alaska Bum Fights FC!!!! Medics 5 wins might as well be against retired cripples! If you think I'm being harsh, go watch Alaska FC, tell me I'm wrong!
Rodríguez vs. Rivera
Jerome Rivera, SUB, R2
I have more faith in the strength of competition in LFA than Mexicos JFL/Lux League. Rivera has fought legit prospects, some guys in the UFC now, Rodriguez has been beating up part time cleaners!!!
Flores vs. Leavitt
Jordan Leavitt, SUB, R2
Just watched Levitt in the LFA 2 weeks ago. He is kinda funky, striking isn't exactly technically sound. But his ground game is his thing and he's a good grappler, pulled of a nice choke I thought it was a Peruvian neck tie? But whatever, he's good on the ground. Flores, I know little about, apart from he lost pretty convincingly to Frevola in his last Contender Series attempt and since then he has whooped on a couple Mexi-CANs in Combate!

Jose Flores made into the Bellator Series in 2015. He won his up so far only Bellator fight against Jimenez, why couldn't he stay at Bellator after his win?
Flores vs. Jacoby Win Jacoby by KO/TKO
Jacoby being a reknown kickboxer has a good striking game and has fought in good mma promotions.
Flores mostly just in the Shamrock promotion. Shamrock isn’t a high quality promotion.
A guy who gets knocked out by Highfill in the first round would likely not cope with the punches and kicks of Jacoby. A win over a former sho-wrestler like Hutch is not that impressive.
Cross vs. Robinson: Win Cross by Submission
Just take tapalogy´s ranking into consideration. Cross is ranked 47th of 1267 active United States Pro Lightweights. Robinson 192th.
Medic vs. Gonzalez: Win Gonzalez by Submission
Gonzalez has fought in a better mma series, has profound grappling skills, he is even competing in them…. I think Medic will be surprised by Gonzalez´s submission skills having fought only guy like Leisholm Jr or Kroll.
Gonzalez´s only MMA defeat was against Spengler. And Spengler was a good guy.
Rodríguez vs. Rivera: Win Rivera by Submission
Even with Rodríguez coming down a weight class, Rivera is the taller man. As user Mikey1903 said he had good wins in the LFA, a MMA promotion which is normally of higher quality than the JFL or Lux.
Flores vs. Leavitt: Win Jordan Leavitt by Submission
Leavitt has a good submission game, Flores is prone to submissions if the opponent is of a decent level. Take for example the his loss against Frevola. Also his opponents have been worsen that the ones of Leavitt.
Leavitt has wins against Williams, Lewis and Neufield.
Flores doesn’t have something similar.

@Meers222
>Ha! Cross' opponent missed weight now as well, granted by .5lbs.
No, he didn't.
According to the Unified Rules of Mixed Martial Arts, the UFC is following, it is 156lbs in Non-Title-bouts.
Only in Title-Bouts it is 155lbs.
Cross was being weighted at 155,5lbs. Hence everything was fine.
Edit: Damn. I have to apologize. I didn't read your comment accurately enough. Sorry.
