Adesanya has more advantages over Costa no doubt but I feel like Costa will make it a brawl against a technical striker like Adesanya... I see Costa pressuring forward, eating shots and still landing shots of his own, mixing it up to the body, and finishing it with a G&N late 2nd round or early 3rd round. When Costa comes forward and brawls, does Adesanya stick to his game plan or get emotional and engage in a fire fight? No doubt, Adesanya can win via decision through his superior point striking but I don't see why people are thinking that he'll Ko costa.. Adesanya is 8-0 in UFC with only 3 finishes (37% finish rate). If not, take a shot at Adesanya to win in 5th round if Costa is gassed to the point where he just gives up and the refs steps in.

Reyes has all the pressure in the world since many people thinks that he won against Jones and it's him defending his belt against Jan. Jan looked way thicker and in good shape (better than his other weigh ins) and with all the pressure on Reyes, Jan probably edges out a close decision cos Reyes is durable. Both fighters will fight smart and it'll most probably go to a decision. The lines are too wide. Reyes should be the favorite but not a -280 favorite.

Both Bums, could not care less who wins, they will most likely both end up cut.

I think Costa has 2 rounds to get it done, otherwise he is going to get drowned. He was gassed hard in the Romero fight and that wasn't even that high of a pace. Adesanya however has shown he can absorb damage and go five rounds in a pretty good pace, while still being on point and technically sound. Costa has no one punch knockout power, and that's why he pressures and traps you on the cage wall. He can definitely get a finish vs Israel, however it'll have to be an overwhelming accumulation of punches. But if he doesn't get it done he will be gassed and I don't think the one minute recovery time will be any good. Costa might accidentally get an eye poke or a cup check to get his breath back, but we'll see how Adesanya deals with it (e.g. Mighty Mouse waved off the ref to keep beating the **** out of Dodson). I also think Izzy can finish Paulo with strikes, but I can't see it being a one punch knockout or Paulo getting slept. I think it will be like the Whittaker fight where Paulo gets cracked a few times and becomes too concussed to continue. In the end I give the fight to Izzy via TKO in the 3rd because I almost always will bet on the guy with better cardio, but if Costa gets a TKO inside the first 10 minutes I won't be surprised since that is when he is the absolute best. Either way the fight goes I think this will either produce the Fight of the Year or Knockout of the Year, the stylistic match-up just seems to make perfect sense.
