So many times I have entered my picks and saved them, only to go back to view them and find that they've reset, causing me to have to enter them all again. This evening, for the second time, I didn't go and review them after saving until the card had already begun, and my picks were all gone, even though I'm always super careful about saving, because of this very issue. Sorry you are having trouble. We have a lot of people making picks on the website and it doesn't really seem to be a problem that other people encounter.

I suspect your picks are never being entered or saved to begin with, because it's not really possible for them to just reset.

When you click the "Save Picks" button while making your picks, it should bring you to a completely new page where it says "Your Picks Have Been Entered".   If you click the save button and nothing really happens and it doesn't take you to a new page, your picks have NOT been saved.

Can you keep this in mind the next time you try to make picks? If it stays on the same page, it means clicking the save button is not doing anything (and something in your phone's browser might be preventing the button from working).

It takes me to the"your picks have been entered" page. Then, from there, when I use the menu button at top right and select view my picks, they will be blank again

Machine that's interesting. In this case, I'd guess that the picks for some reason are not fully selected on the page before you click the "Save" button.

My current theory is that something with the version of your Chrome app on your phone is interfering with your selections when you tap on the fighters/etc.

Can you try the following:
- Make a couple of picks for this Wednesday's upcoming UFC card
- After clicking "Save Picks", next click "View Picks" on the right side of the "Your Picks Have Been Entered" page

- See if the picks you just made are displayed on the page
- If so, everything seems to be working correctly
- If not, please try the same thing with a different browser app or a different device

Feel free to email us using this form, if you want to take this offline and work through the problem via email:

This has happened to me episodically before(on PC) and my guess ( and it's pretty strong hunch) is that it isn't a site issue, it's a latency issue or some kind of packet loss issue. The forum code is stable but networks aren't.

I run a ****load of extensions and they don't seem to interfere with my ability to enter and/or save picks.
