There is a youtube channel called The Judokai Network where they show Freestyle Judo techniques and matches.  They have a thing called "Fight Club" where they do a winner-stays-on Freestyle Judo tournament.  The rules are similar to Sport Sambo.

 freestyle Judo is a natural reaction to the ijf banning all wrestling Style leg attacks from competition 

Very cool format supported by the AAU i believe bringing back the original Judo format
