In the featherweight division there's a dark horse by the name of Julio Cesar Neves. The kid went 30-0 before losing to Jordan Parsons in Bellator. I haven't looked into his record so I don't know if it's patted with cans or not, but the kid has talent. He's only 25 so he has a long time to get better and improve his record against real talent. He hasn't been that active in recent years, though.
