I'm sure some people saw that news article love to hear what everybody thinks.
I've seen maybe a dozen of his fights he bounced around a lot of promotions.
From what I saw in the early 2000s he was mid level UFC caliber, meaning top 20 probably.
Nowadays with all these upstart promos there are a lot of really good many low or un-ranked fighters popping up.
As a full mma fighter he is much more durable than bisping and might even beat him.
At least late in his one eyed career, kelvin did hes no bigger.

IDK. He beat Kampmann(who may have been ranked at the time, IDK) and Larkin who was or should have been ranked. But his striking was always well ahead of his grappling(still is, actually) so he might not rank that high. Would do badly against the UFC top 15 which is full of great grapplers.
