Just don't use it continuously, like 30 days on them a 2-4 week break.  Then another month.  It's worked for a bunch of people I know and I use to kickstart me in the morning if I need it.  Just don't take that **** after like 3pm.  You may be up all night.

I have a post on page 2 of this thread stating I'm 32.  That is now factually incorrect.  Just turned 35 a couple weeks ago.  Only other difference since then is about 10 pounds of beer.
