I agreed with you about the step down, coming of an IBF World title fight of the year type fight vs Danny Roman! He loses thia decision to unheralded Baluta in an 8rounder in Dubai that not many watched or even knew was taking place!! maybe that a good thing!! I will say, I aaw highlights of Balutas last fight. A European title fight inEngland where he was the B sid away fighter and he won there too!
