At the time of posting, which was not long after the news hit, she claims 90,000 people had already been infected--a massively greater number than what Chinese Media were reporting. She claims there's been a cover-up, and a secondary mutation is likely. Scary ****. Also hearing reports that it's much more dangerous than China has led the rest of the world to believe and that it is killing young people as well as the old.

@dragonfly it's been tough for a lot of people down under so far. Pubs and cafes are closed, 60K plus people layed off nationwide. Huge lines outside the public service office. People are tunring up at 4:00 AM to finally be served at 2:30 PM. It's bad.
I'm not sure how much the stimulus packages will help. It's a bit like bucketing a heavily leaking boat with a leaky bucket.

People are not taking the quarantine seriously here in Ontario. The government is considering forcing it with the police and military. All non essential businesses have been ordered to shut down by midnight tonight.

Well Sydneysiders didn't do themselves and favors by going to Bondi Beach in droves the last few days. Shores were crammed with selfish ****tards. A whole bunch of people got infected as a result and overnight Sydney recorded 140+ new cases.
******* idiots. I blame the Government for not shutting the beaches down weeks ago as much as the people who turned up.

Also, the powers that be were ********ting about the mortality rate. That much is abundantly clear. As of today it's 16.19%, and the official line was 3%. That's based off 16351 deaths from 100939 cases. It's probably even higher than that depending on how 'cases' are being quantified methodologically.
