Carlos Morales, TKO, R4
Golden Boy is trying to set up Linares as the next opponent for Ryan Garcia if they both win. Sounds good but Linares is always at risk of getting clipped and sparked out cold! It's happened enough times now for me to think it happens again, I mean fighters chins don't get stronger with age!!!
Periban vs. Melikuziev
Bektemir Melikuziev, TKO, R1
The Bek Bully is a BEAST!!!!!! World Champion by fight 10, maybe even by fight 5 or 6!

Ryan Garcia, DEC
I know, I know... Alotta ppl are still unsure about Ryan Garcia. Could be his age, he's only 21½ years old now and how young he was when he first got signed after finalizing a pretty solid 215-15 amateur record. Maybe he's yet to meet the high expectations ppl have set for him, I dunno. But to me, IMO.... The kid is good. He's only gonna get better. I wish he had a few more fights yet after this one, to make that World Title attempt. (I mean a legit World Title. Not a WBC Silver belt. Like the 100%, full real deal belt.) But I think De La Hoya is gonna push for the title shot "if" he beats Fonseca. Which like I said, I don't think he's ready. Loma isn't even a thought. Even Teofimo Lopez or Gervonta Davis would absolutely ******* murder Ryan Garcia. I say match Garcia up with Devin Haney for the 50th time, but 1st as a Pro. He's just not ready for the top 3 Lightweight Champs. But I could be sorely mistaken. I believe I said the same things last time about Ryan Garcia, and he went & matched up with arguably his toughest & most experienced opponent in 21-1, Romero Duno. It was his 1st 12 round fight, and Garcia goes out & demolishes Duno in 1 Round. One ******* round. I don't see that happening again, but I do see Garcia getting Fonseca outta there, from accumulated damage. Fonseca has ONLY been stopped by Gervonta Davis, and I'm about certain Ryan Garcia doesn't hit as hard as him. So I'm thinking somewhere in the 2nd half of the fight. Somewhere from R6 on.
Morales vs. Linares
Jorge Linares, DEC
Look. This is probably a reeeaally badd idea to take Linares here. He's not THAT old, been in terms of damage accumulated, or what I like to refer to as "Combat Age", Jorge Linares is nearing the end. He's only lost twice in recent fights, but he's been finished off all 5x he's lost. And he's hit the deck in a few fights that he ended up winning. He spent a looong time, fighting the best guys. And we're talking 50+ fights. And even considering the chin that Linares' possesses, it's been cracked 5x. I'm thinking that Linares CAN STILL COMPETE as long as he's not facing off with a heavy handed puncher. And Morales is not a heavy puncher. Linares by Decision. It's a risky bet. Actually reeeaally surprised by 91% backing Linares. Thought I'd be with a fairly small group.
Cobbs vs. Neequaye
Blair Cobbs, DEC
Holey ******* inactivity maaaan.... Samuel Kotey Neequaye has ONLY had 2 fights in pretty much 5 years (March 2015). Annnd his last quality win, was all the way back in 2013. Cobbs can & probably should take advantage of that. If he goes at him early, it could really disrupt Neequaye. And at the same time, if Cobbs can drag him into deeper waters, rounds 8, 9, 10 could be absolutely brutal for Neequaye. Either way. That inactivity is something that is gonna be difficult to overcome.
