Maaaan.... Whatta tough fight for my boy, Harrisburg Native Ed Ruth. You guys knoooow I'm biased towards my Harrisburg PA boys (Phil Davis, Ed Ruth, Dustin Pague) which makes picking their fights incredibly difficult for me. But.... Looking thru "unbiased eyes", Ruth I truly believe has the most dominant and clearcut path to victory, but in order for that to reeeaally be a true statement, then Ruth HAS TO stop being so damn Harrisburg hard headed, & use his god given talent of being a dominant wrestler. He barely uses it in his fights because I ALMOST feel like he's just trying to prove a point when he strikes w/ opponents instead of just mauling them like he should & could do. So. If there was ever a fight to go wrestling heavy, then here it is. If Ed uses that stellar wrestling, I believe he wins by decision. But if he continues to trade shots instead..... I hate saying it, but I think the Amosov winning freight train keeps on chuggin'
Girtz vs. Jury

This is actually a difficult fight for me to pick as well, based pretty much around the opinion that you just never know which Myles Jury you're gonna get come fight night. There was once a time, when Jury was a big time prospect, w/ huuuuuge upside. Ran his record to a sweeeet 16–0 after smashing Takanori Gomi. Then he met Donald Cerrone at UFC 182 & that's when the wheels started to fall off for Jury. He lost to Cerrone, then got strangled by Charles Oliveira very next fight and then injuries sidelined him for nearly 1½ years, and he did pick up 2 wins upon returning, but has since dropped 3 straight. He's not been the same fighter since the Gomi smashing. He hasn't won a fight since December 2017. And since that Gomi fight, which was his last win as an undefeated fighter, he's lost 5 of 7 fights. I just don't know. And knowing the kinda fighter, that Girtz is.... Jury's gonna have to be on point. Otherwise Girtz will take over, he'll make it an ugly, sloppy slobber-knocker..
