It sounded like he did, but it’s his thick accent and his broken English.
And yes, his English really is broken. The fact he’s been in the U.S for ten years means absolutely nothing.
I’ve got several Latino friends that have been here in the States for 15+ years and speak worse English than Yoel does.

I don't see how he beats Costa. I just don't. Seriously watching that fight was like watching Yoel try to lose. He had Izzy against the cage multiple times and let him off the hook. It was really, really weird. Costa is going to smash him to bits. He will easily walk him into the fence and tee off on him, it will look like Costa vs Hall but worse. Izzy cannot handle being crowded. Whenever he doesn't have space he's pretty much got nothing. That's why Gastelum gave him trouble. That's why Periera KO'ed him.

Adesanya is a far more disciplined striker than Hall is. He's not just going to trade bombs with Costa. This looks like another fight where the slugger gets schooled by the master technician.

Here's what happened: Adesanya got a taste of that power in the first after the overhand and was like 'Ok, **** that--I'm not stepping in'. He didn't want to fight.

Pretty much same **** as anderson fight if the openings are blatantly obvious hes not that good.
Paulo will destroy him any and every way he wants, he is a younger faster much better striking similarly huge MW.
I do disagree about the hall fight that was quite impressive actually, that was probably best hall has looked in ages he just got smashed by a dude with physical gifts he doesnt have and youth.
Yes Izzy is better than hall but in a gun fight id only give him a speed and tech advantage, hall has stopped impossibly tough guys.
