I made another account to make predictions for UFC 246 because I couldn’t remember my password for this one.
Figured it out yesterday and forgot to log back in on the right one.
Now I just look stupid.
My bad.

Shahbazyan is the only dude I'm a bit worried about threatening my man Adesanya's reign. From memory, I think Shahbazyan was just too green. He didn't even try to stand with Stewart, and went for TDs and kinda gassed himself early (I guess that shows he can follow a gameplan all the way through).

Shahbazyan is legit and the hype would be real if there was any. After he torches Brunson I guess a lot more people are going to take notice.

I really want to know what’s next for Cannonier...
Now that Shahbazyan and Brunson are fighting who could they really match him with?
Whittaker’s out, Costa’s out, Till’s injured, the two mentioned above are obviously out, and Hall meets Jacaré in April... The only other top ten guys “available” are  Gastelum and Hermansson, the latter of which Cannonier’s already beat.
Should Cannonier stay busy and take a fight with Gastelum or should he wait it out?
I personally think he should wait it out and that Gastelum vs Hermansson should happen.

Take Gastelum IMO. If he wins it cements his position in the top 5. If he loses it's a push. No-risk reward.

Well cannonier is in a tough spot but a fight vs gastelum makes the most sense or stay ready for an injury in the Israel vs Romero fight

Anybody else hear that Rumble Johnson is suppose to be on this card?

Maybe they could match Cannonier against Rumble at 205lbs. I realize Cannonier is fighting MW now but he's got a lot of fights at heavier weight classes. Just a thought.

That won’t happen.
I don’t know if you’ve seen a recent picture of Rumble or not, but the dude is absolutely gargantuan.
There’s no possible way the dude could make 205. Hell, he might have to cut to make 265.

To answer the first part of your comment, I too have heard something about Rumble possibly having a fight at 249.
That was a quote of his own though, so I’m not sure how much we should read into it.

Agreed, Rumble would be lucky to make it into the car park with a wide load sign fixed to his ass let alone the cage at 205lbs.

Dude. Rumble Johnson has been on the Rampage Jackson diet plan for a looong time now. I'm being serious. He'd have to cut down to make the 266lb limit.

Ufc is pissing me off with all the fighters getting title fights off losses, Romero and Aldo are great fighter and have a decent chance of beating Izzy and Cejudo respectfuly, but it a slipery slope of de-legitmising the sport.
