I don't know if KK is a "shadow of her former self"; she got her ass whipped by JJ, and people figured out she can't handle jab-heavy, range-y strikers, and the UFC have been feeding her to fighters just like that, or to roided out Brazillians (after the tune ups to Herrig and Esquibel). But yeah, she sucks.

Hm. I hadn't heard about the thyroid issues until this broadcast. No doubt they have played a role.  I've  just noticed a stylistic trend in her recent losses.  Just like how we see Jeremy Stephens, Anthony Pettis, RDA, Barboza, Cerrone, get beat in similar ways over and over again.
