Jones has the entire UFC on his side, he'll forever have the world for
him just like how it was in boxing for Mayweather.
That man will probably retire undefeated unfortunately

@cartell that's my point though; theyway MMA is meanto be scored is by weightings. So basically, unless no fighter showed an advantage in the prioritized criteria, the other scoring considerations
cannot be factored into scoring.
Everyone seems to just ignore this, and I feel like I say this fifteen times every card. There's not supposed to be whataboutisms. Reyes landed more strikes and bigger strikes over three rounds. Not only did he meet the prioritized criteria, he also met the secondary criteria (cumulative impact). Things like TD's and Control only enter consideration if the first two criteria are not met, or they have an absolutely staggering impact that leads the judges to think they signficantly contributed to the finishing of the fight--think a 10-8 with no strikes.
Based on the criteria, Reyes won that fight. It wasn by no means the worst decision of the night, but yeah, it was pretty ordinary.

Fish, still trying to explain how fights should be scored by the book. Even the judges dn't know the proper criteria, you can't expect us Neanderthals sitting at home scratchin our nuts to know the criteria bud!

Well Mikey mate what annoys me is that it's actually really simple. You could basically just read the first two lines and understand 99% of it. What' gets complicated is perspective....but in that fight, you'd have to believe that Reyes didn't win on the back of landing more and bigger. And I personally cannot see how anyone could.

I just wanted to let it out, I am from the same place as Dana White and I am 10 years younger than him. That being said, I have been fortunate enough to have grown up in South Boston Massachusetts, Anyone know what took Dana to Vegas? Well he was caught in Cali and he lasted 3 weeks in Club Fed, b4 being killed. How do you have $1.6 million in cash on you, and you have been on the run, well the answer is Said man tracked Dana White to Vegas for $$ DW owed him for Dana White not paying him Street tax for opening a Gym, I am merely stating facts and not anything else, but if you can get away with multiple murders, you can teach an enemy possibly turned pupil, how to make $$, if you don't believe me, read Chapter 3 of The Book, A Black Mass. I again am simply stating facts that I know, followed by a fact based opinion. Thanks.

I agree with you Fish, I just think it's pointless trying to explain things like that on here, people have their opinions and see what they want to see
Also, what you on about Joseph?????

Round 1 Reyes - Starts Strong
Round 2 Reyes - Continuing to pressure Jones
Round 3 Reyes - Starts winding but still keeping ahead
Round 4 Jones - Starts getting ahead but slight advantage
Round 5 Jones - Reyes winded has Jones walking him down
Reyes won this fight it's not a debate when the scoring during the fight said he did too. Jones got 1 out of every 3 or 4 attempted double leg shots and in total had 3 shots succeeded but did nothing with them.
Robbery at it's finest.

Well it's in the books so that's that.
However, I'll say it again; MMA judges gargle taint-stained nizzuts.
This is literally every MMA judge everywhere:

Alright alright alright Jon is the Cage King and P4P King of history, he took Gonzalez hardest punches round 1 and cruises, theres Zero debate ...... BUT ..... does he take that Francois kid !?!? Im just being a prick, but if he beats Francois kid then he ascends to Lesser-Godhood in the cage and ill just bow down in complete submission and beg for mercy to the Emperor of Man
