Predictions: 6 of 10 Winners, 1 Perfect, 325 Points   |   Tied for 340th

The UFC's network television debut is finally here!  UFC on FOX is coming to you live on... Fox, obviously, at 9:00pm eastern tonight with a single fight extravaganza surrounding Junior Dos Santos vs Cain Velasquez for the heavyweight championship.

At the moment it appears the Facebook preliminary card will begin at 4:45pm eastern time (final time still unknown) for 9 prelims on Facebook.com/UFC.  Then at 9:00 eastern time you need to flip channels to Fox to see history made.

Your prediction results and leaderboard ranking will automatically show up in any posts made here. If you want to embed your full listing of picks you can do that also.   Your picks, as well as a link to embed the image, and the top of the site-wide leaderboard will all be available in the right column on this thread.

Enjoy the fights and good luck in your predictions!

REMINDER: as a courtesy to those not watching Bellator until later, please do not post spoilers in this thread.

It's the most significant fight in UFC history.

Griffin vs Bonnar 1 was probably the most important fight in UFC history.

And Lesnar vs Mir 2 was probably the biggest fight in UFC history.

Definitely not the biggest fight in UFC history.  There were several other fights that meant so much more.  Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to seeing this event tonight.

I agree with Greg. This is a huge fight. If they put on a show the UFC will gain millions of new fans. Not only that, but this is the first proven #1 vs. #2 heavyweight fight in a long time. A lot of people probably had Cain at number 2 before the Velasquez fight, but a lot had Overeem and Werdum ranked higher. Now there is no debate, number 1 vs number 2, two huge prospects who are finally going to fight.

Remember when this fight almost went down at UFC 108? Back when it was just two up and comers? Someone got injured, but we all knew this fight would eventually happen. Two unstoppable up and comers. In my opinion, this is not only one of the best HW fights, it's one of the best fights in UFC history. I really hope they deliver.

It's not only about Dos Santos VS Velasquez, it's also about being the first fight on FOX, the first fight to have big promotion during the NFL, NCAA, Baseball...

Every heavyweight championship has been more significatnt than the last. Lesnar vs Mir was before Cain and JDS had established themselves. We had a changing of the guard, and now we get to see a fight which is unequivically the most biggest HW fight in the history of mma so far. No question.

I'm skipping a friend's wedding to watch this, does that make me a horrible friend?

when he personally gave me the invitation he said: "well, here you go...I know it's the same day as the UFC fights, but I hope you can make it". I think he understands... I'll still try to make it after the fights, its a long drive.
