Patricio Pitbull's hand is still recovering, so Pat Curran gets the first crack at the FW title.

Joe Warren's in trouble. :P

After Joe's last fight I bet 70% of people go with Paddy.

This probably goes all five rounds. Wouldn't be surprised of Curran finished it though.

That's BS. Oh well, Pitbull kills them both.

IDK Mino, I definitely think Pitbull beats Warren in the rematch, but I think Pat could be a different story.

I think Warren would lose to either of them.

@greg I would've had I been here at the time. Never bought into Sandro, or any other JMMA fighter for that matter.

there was a time when Japan was the epicenter of MMA.  2/3rds of the best fighters were there and it was glorious. but the sport has evolved dramatically since then.

as much as it pains me, I don't think Hioki will go very far here, as the latest to cross over.

there's a system that's now established that includes nutrition, game-planning, weight-cutting, top-level sparring partners, situational strategy for the cage.   any fighter that doesn't participate in this system is going to be at a severe disadvantage.

Ehh. Sandro had a ton of success on the feet before a terrible defensive lapse. Freire is as good if not better than Sandro on the feet and he won't get caught, in my opinion.

Curran takes this fight, but as @Mino said... Pitbull takes them both imo.

It's funny but I don't recall Mino or anyone else ranking Freire on Sandro's level before the Curran head kick. Is it possible you're just trying to find a brazilian to root for? I don't think it'll be an easy fight for either and wouldn't give either more than a 60% chance but it's hard to think that someone who survived 5 rds with Alvarez is going to get KOed by Pitbull and Curran is the larger fighter with straighter punches and better wrestling. I think Curran/Pitbull will be a much better and longer fight than the beating Curran will give to Warren.
