Stamen tried to mess with Ladong by acting like he was going for double at stare down, but Song showed him the knee. I want Stamen to get a reality check and get knocked out. He is the weakest 18-2 I ever seen.

Predictions: 10 of 12 Winners, 1 Perfect, 570 Points | Tied for 267th
Jairzinho Rozenstruik, TKO, R1
I believe the hype.... Either that or I just wanna see Rozenstruik vs. Ngannou.
Calvillo vs. Rodriguez
Marina Rodriguez, DEC
Marina Rodriguez has become maybe somewhere in my top 3 prospects of any weight class in WMMA. And with Calvillo missing weight horribly, (and being that time of month apparently), I see Rodriguez putting on a show even more now.
Font vs. Simón
Rob Font, DEC
Maaaan does Ricky Simón have the best hair in the game. So much volume. The way it bounces with movement. I dunno what it is. He just irks me. I wish to see Font tune him up.
Alves vs. Means
Tim Means, DEC
I'm actually shocked these guys haven't faced off before already... Two legit veterans in the game. 78 combined fights. But honestly, when I think of Thiago Alves, the 1st thought that comes to mind..... Inconsistent. Hot & Cold. Trades wins for losses. You could say the same thing for Means, but he's atleast had a more recent stretch. Between 2014 & 2016 he looked the best of his career maybe. Then he was matched against Alex Oliveira and looked decent, untill the daaaang knee to a downed opponent and ruled a No Contest. Rematch came few months later and was strangled quickly. Since that No Contest, he's won 2 of 6 fights. And was pretty brutally laid to waste not to long ago. Idk man. I have more confidence in Means for some reason..
Kilburn vs. Quarantillo
Billy Quarantillo, TKO, R2
I seem to be alone in my thought process again in seeing this fight, as possible fight/brawl of the night. I'm actually kinda happy Fishgold withdrew, because Fishgold woulda played "smear the *****" with Quarantillo. But instead we get Kilburn who's actually gonna be more than willing to oblige Billy Q in a striking duel. They both are offensive minded and defensively shotty, which should equate to some goood, traditional old fashioned entertainment.... As long as it lasts.
Mitchell vs. Sayles
Bryce Mitchell, DEC
Man. I thought Bryce Mitchell looked rough in the scales .... Then Matt Sayles attempted. Idk man. He was swaying on the scale and looked to have difficulty. Obviously, he missed weight. Which honestly, has me more confused. I was originally thinking Sayles and the massive power he has in his hands, but now I'm not tooo sure, especially after rewatching the Sayles vs. Kyle Nelson fight, which showed me, that Sayles still has glaring holes in his wrestling. Which could be his downfall against Mitchell, who's already proven he can take a shot, and doesn't mind grappling and scrambling on the mat. Idk...
Wiman vs. Solecki
Joe Solecki, SUB, R2
Duuuude, why!? Matt Wiman shouldn't be in the UFC. I'm sorry, but he shouldn't be in there. Even more so, since getting mangled by Violent Bob Ross. The thing is, if he couldn't stop Peña from taking him down or controlling him, then he'll have an even harder time with the same issues vs. Solecki. I see Solecki winning on just control alone. While fishing for subs time after time..
Jandiroba vs. Martin
Virna Jandiroba, DEC
Maaaan. I wish nothing more, than to see Mallory Martin smash elbows into Jandiroba's face from top position. Maybe if Martin can rearrange her face a bit, maybe she'd be less repulsive to look at..
Smith vs. Muradov
Makhmud Muradov, DEC
Tons of footwork and kickboxing is what's gonna put Muradov way ahead. I'd like to see him push for the finish within 10 mins, because I've noticed he tends to gas late in the fight and Smith will more than likely still be there in R3.

Makhmud Muradov, TKO, R2
Muradov steps in as a replacement at 185 for a bout that was originally going to take place a 205. In fact Smith was was due to fight at 205 in Brazil which is curious. Seems the UFC was trying to get him a loss to cut him loose. Now he is back at his natural 185 to fight a tough guy to beat. This whole scenario looks like the UFC trying to get rid of Trevor Smith. I see Muradov doing better then his UFC debut. The second time around his gets a finish and a win. Pick is Muradov in the 2nd by TKO

On Saturday December 7th the UFC heads to the nation’s capital Washington DC where we have two of the best strikers in the Heavyweight division, Alistair Overeem and Jairzinho Rozenstruik facing off in the main event. This card is absolutely stacked top to bottom with great talent and is one we are going to make a ton of money on!
Alistair Overeem (-130) vs. Jairzinho Rozenstruik (+110)
This is a very exciting main event between two of the heavyweight’s best strikers. Two predominant kickboxers with knockout power is a recipe for an absolute barn-burner and one that will absolutely not go the distance.
Stats To Know:
• A. Overeem out strikes his opponents by 21%
• J. Rozenstruik has the 2nd fastest KO in heavyweight history :09
• Rozenstruik is 3-0 in the UFC all 3 wins via KO with a combined fight time of only 6:32
Cynthia Calvillo (-105) vs. Marina Rodriguez (-115)
In our co-main event we have a very intriguing Women’s Straweight bout between Cynthia Calvillo and the surging prospect Marina Rodriguez. Rodriguez can take a big leap up in the rankings with a win over Calvillo while Calvillo can solidify herself as one of the best at 115 lbs with a dominant performance.
Stats To Know:
• Rodriguez is out striking her opponents by 11%
• Calvillo is averaging 1.57 takedowns landed and 4.36 takedowns attempted per 15 minutes
• Calvillo has recently changed camps from Team Alpha Male to Tiger Muay Thai
Stefan Struve (+120) vs Ben Rothwell (-140)
Stefan Struve is back after briefly retiring to take on another UFC vet in Ben Rothwell. Both fighters are on the tail end of their careers but are still dangerous fighters in the Heavyweight division. Rothwell is looking to get back into the win column off of two consecutive losses while Struve is coming off of a win against Marcos Rogerio de Lima.
Stats To Know:
• Out of Struve’s 29 wins 18 have been by submission
• Struve was out struck 25-0 in his most recent bout before getting the submission victory
• Rothwell has been outstruck by his opponents by 12%
Aspen Ladd (-150) vs. Yana Kunitskaya (+130)
In this matchup we have two women’s bantamweight title contenders in Aspen Ladd and Yana Kunitskaya. This is a classic grappler (Ladd) vs striker (Kunitskaya) matchup. Ladd will be looking to take this fight to the ground early and often after her devastating KO loss to title challenger Germaine De Randamie. While Kunitskaya will be looking to keep her winning streak going with her precision striking that has carried her through two consecutive victories.
Stats To Know:
• Ladd averages 2.29 takedowns per 15 minutes and is successful on 80% of her takedown attempts
• Kunitskaya has given up 2 takedowns on 2 attempts in her 4 UFC fights
• Kunitskaya has a 1:1 striking ratio while Ladd out strikes her opponents by 2%
Cody Stamann (+165) vs. Song Yadong (-195)
This is my sleeper fight for the fight of the night between these two rising prospects. Yadong has been on a tear going 4-0 (3 finishes) while Stamann has been doing quite alright for himself as well with a 4-1 record and his only blemish was against Aljamain Sterling. Expect a back and forth war between these two bantamweight fighters.
Stats To Know:
• Stamann outstrikes his opponents by 10% while Yandong outstikes his by 9%
• Stamann averages 3.28 takedowns landed and 6.43 takedowns attempted per 15 mins
• Yadong has never been taken down in 4 UFC fights but has only faced 3 combined takedowns in 2 of 4 fights
Ricky Simon (+115) vs. Rob Font (-135)
Another great bantamweight matchup between two top 15 ranked fighters. Simon is coming into this fight off of a loss for the first time in his UFC career while Rob Font is coming off an impressive win over Sergio Pettis. This is a very closely matched fight and will be guaranteed to be one of the better fights on this fight card.
Stats To Know:
• Simon averages 6.66 takedowns landed and 12.80 takedowns attempted per 15 minutes
• Font has a 30% takedown defense
• In 6 UFC victories by Rob Font, 4 of them have been by knockout
Thiago Alves (+220) vs. Tim Means (-260)
Two aging veterans of the UFC face off in the Welterweight division. Even though these two veterans have been in the UFC for a quite a while, they are always looking to put on a show for the fans. Both Alves and Means combine for 37 finishes between them.
Stats To Know:
• Means has a 3″ height and 5″ reach advantage
• Means is coming off of a knockout loss which resulted in him having leg surgery just 9 months ago
• Both fighters are coming off losses and are just 1-2 in their last 3
Chris Fishgold (-160) vs. Billy Quarantillo (+140)
This all the makings to be a great scrap in the Featherweight division between Chris Fishgold and Billy Quarantillo. Another classic grappler vs striker matchup here. The thing is both have slick jiu-jitsu if this fight were to hit the mat. This is more of a pick ’em than the odds-makers suggest.
Stats To Know:
• Fishgold averages 4.55 takedowns landed and 9.10 takedowns attempted per 15 minutes
• Fishgold gets out struck by his opponents by 12%
Bryce Mitchell (-110) vs. Matt Sayles (-110)
This yet another great matchup at Featherweight between two rising prospects. Matt Sayles the Dominick Cruz protege is looking to win his 2nd consecutive win in the UFC while Mitchell is looking to keep his undefeated streak (11-0) going. Both have clear advantages on the feet (Sayles) and on the mat (Mitchell) which makes this a very intriguing matchup.
Stats To Know:
• Out of Mitchell’s 11 wins 8 of them have been via submission
• Sayles has a 86% takedown defense where he has defended 12 of 14 takedowns in 2 fights
• Sayles lands 6.16 significant strikes per minute while throwing 15.02 significant strikes per minute
Matt Wiman (+265) vs. Joe Solecki (-325)
This has the look of a layup for the UFC debuter in Joe Solecki. But you can’t just count out the UFC vet Matt Wiman who’s absolutely tough as nails. Solecki made quick work of his Contender Series opponent to get his shot in the UFC while Wiman is coming off of a dominant loss to Luis Pena. It will be interesting to see if this large moneyline on Solecki is warranted come Saturday night.
Stats To Know:
• Solecki has 8 wins in his MMA career with 6 of them coming via submission
• Wiman has only fought once in the last 5 years
• Wiman defends only 61% of takedowns faced
Virna Jandiroba (-245) vs. Livinha Souza (+205)
Two former Invicta FC alumni face off in a Straweight battle. Jandiroba had a tough loss in her UFC debut coming in on short notice to fight one of the divisions best in Carla Esparza. This will be Souza’s 4th fight in the UFC where she is coming off of a loss against up and coming prospect Brianna Van Buren. Both of these fighters are quite evenly matched in all aspects of MMA making this line an interesting one.
Stats To Know:
• Jandiroba was the Invicta FC Straweight Champion
• Both Jandiroba and Souza average a combined 6.35 takedowns per 15 minutes
• In Souza’s lone loss in the UFC she was taken down 3 times
Trevor Smith (+275) vs. Makhmud Muradov (-335)
This could certainly be the coming out party for Makhmud Muradov if he’s able to win in dominant fashion. The opponent that stands in front of him if is one tough fighter in Trevor “Hot Sauce” Smith. Muradov in this one will have to sprawl and brawl as Smith will try everything in his power to take this fight to the mat. This being only Muradov’s second fight in the UFC we have yet to see his takedown defense truly tested. This is a great fight to start off the night in the nation’s capital.
Stats To Know:
• Muradov out struck De Cherico 54-36 in his short notice debut
• Smith has attempted 26 takedowns and landed 11 (42%) over his last 5 fights
• Muradov is the body guard of Floyd Mayweather and the first ever MMA fighter signed under the TMT banner
Best Bets for UFC Washington
• Matt Sayles -110 (1 unit)
• Aspen Ladd -150 (1 unit)
Dog Of The Night
• Thiago Alves +225 (.50 units)
