Main Event Rumours

Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 4 Perfect, 525 Points   |   Tied for 479th

Based on what's doing the rounds on social, feels like UFC are trying to book either Jones or McGregor in the main event. Seeing as McGregor's latest scandal could rule him out of a comeback anytime soon, Jones is the more likely, and the most credible opponent not already booked is Blachowicz.

So as of right now, if I had to bet on it, I would say main event = Jones vs Blachowicz title fight

Gastelum vs. Till
Kelvin Gastelum, DEC
Dana White in an interview last month "I think we might've pushed Till too quickly" Dana White this month, books Till in his 185 debut against the no.4 contender!!! ***???? Another bad loss for Till and he might be ruined! Why not give him an easier fight for his 185 debut? It still could've been against a ranked guy like a Jotko, Brunson I don't know give him Spicely, Sam ****** Alvey because what the guy obviously needs is a win to get his confidence back. It's 1 fight tgen, if he gets back on track with a win then think about top 10 guys. Jesus! I like that the best fight the best in the UFC but sometimes they just ruin young fighters!

Yeah Darren doesn't deserve this fight. He should get Weidman, but I guess they know that's a bad style for him and they want him to stay marketable. I think he'll win this though. Gastelum has struggled to take down mobile fighters at 185 and he's pretty hittable. I wouldn't read too much into Till's losses at WW, there's no way he should be fighting at that weight and that's probably why he's looked KOable. He'll be a different animal at 185, just like Whittaker. Well, minus the insane TDD.

Gastelum has to Take him down to win IMO. Which he may well do, but I think Till keeps it standing and gets a KO/TKO.

I’ll just go ahead and be the one who says the truth of this. Let’s be real. BMF belt is for guys who just aren’t good enough for the real belt. Good luck gangsters on the imagination land wannabe intercontinental belt...that doesn’t actually exist.

They might lose to Covington, Usman, and Edwards but Im fairly sure theyd beat tyron. He doesnt really wrestle anyway and just looks for a big overhand. Masvidal is definitely a better boxer, Diaz should be as well but looked kinda flat against Pettis. The Diaz that fought Michael Johnson could def give Woodley a run for his money

I like the BMF Belt!  It's not gonna be an official title that is defended or anything like that, though a Bad Mutha****a division sounds pretty cool!  Who cares about whether they beat Usman, Woodley or Colby!

This is a fight the vast majority of fans want and if the made up BMF Belt means it's over 5 rounds instead of 3 then even better!  This is guaranteed to be entertaining whatever happens and I can't WAIT!

@ImperatorFishrat
I agree with you on Till...I think he will be a great underdog bet in this fight.
Everyone is dismissing him, and at first, I did too, but I came around, and if you've seen the recent sparring and video footage of him, he is absolutely massive right now, looks at least 225 lbs, and added a ton of muscle.
He is one that I think will benefit going up in weight. Easily could get the decision, if not the KO.

Just lovitt loovit luffit !!!!

Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 490 Points   |   Tied for 762nd

This card is insane so far!! Love the matchups !!! Fk J. Jones and get this badass mainevent goin!!
Nate vs Jorge for no belts and without any shiney distraction from the obvious 5round beat down and martial arts and fighting skills display, never stop comin forward, no quittin just scrap and when its done its done. Hope these fighters got there money's worth cause we definitely are goin to.

Till and Gastelum, it's redeem yourself time. Love this matchup, the division is frozen so these two could have a crack at that ice!!

Johnny Walker what a treat !!!! Perfect fight for him, helps a lot assessing this young mans career as he is up for the first big test and has to overcome the grappling skills of C. Anderson. M. Cirkunov didn't take him serious a mistake Corey is definitely not going to make. So we are in for a fight here !!

Can't wait !!! Hopefully everybody stays healthy and we get some fine prelims added to the card!!

MSG HERE WE GO AGAIN !!!!!
