Yea man. That’s good dude. About 5 yrs ago I broke up a fight and had knife sever 5 tendons in string hand. I work with hands was out about two years sitting on ass and drinking. Couldn’t do shot or they’d rupture. I went from 215-315 (or more) before I made some changes. Back down to 230-235. Tough At 40. Good for you man
