My norm is an invention of my own making called cheese on a bun. Slice open a bun add some cheese pretty much any kind will do. Then nuke for thirty seconds in the microwave killing machine. And boom. Bon appetit!

PFL showed Sigi as being 3-1 but that's not what we have. Just 1-1. Quickly googling I see that he's had some kickboxing tournaments. Anyone know about any MMA fights we're missing?
