Wise move it looks like right now Bry. I was hoping for a late sub so I still have hope.

thats where you need all the hours of ground and pound and upper body drilling  ( push ups pull ups wrestling/grappling strong muscles + cardio) so you can open up and just punish from Top like Lawler a few years ago or whoever else Siler doesnt have alot of power though for that. ground and pound looks easy but its exhausting on someone resisting thats why you need to drill it for hours ( in my opinion ). but theres alot of grapplers and wrestlers that dont gnp much maybe its not a preferable option for them

UD for Rabadanov. Siler just can't stop the takedown, and even though Rabadanov slowed down he still got taken down and couldn't ever get him hurt enough to submit him.

That one had 3 pointer written all over it! Siler has nothing for that wrestling, and Rab needs to learn how to try and FINISH a guy.. wasn’t even trying to it seemed

That legit might have to be a KO of the year contender

The speed, gruesomeness, accuracy of that flying knee paired with how easily of a technique Khaibulaev made that look should really put it up there with some of the other ones we've seen.

Not to mention it took him like, 5 seconds to do it rofl

maybe Jackson should have went for Contender Series .. it was that or PFL he said but he didnt want to wait for C. Series. its bad luck also because a few of the Dagestan guys have take losses the last while, so when that happens they usually make a good comeback .. so you have to be super motivated and trained or ..
