I find it hilarious that the one time i didn't pick masvidal is the fight he gets the fastest ko in ufc history.

Regardless of how you scored the main event, I personally had it 3-2 for Jon, but scoring it for Thiago would make sense to me, this score by MMAJunkie is frankly absurd.

Yeah, the 50-45 is for sure crazy. I really wonder how some people judge fights.  The below is from the LATimes and it jives with my recollections of rd 5: Santos lands a nice combination including a head kick and punches, Jones lands leg kicks, Santos lands leg kicks, and Santos limps a bunch. To me, head kick + punches + leg kicks > leg kicks, but somehow the writer gave the round to Jones. I don't think limping from an injury sustained in previous rounds lose you points.

"Round 5. Both fighters continue to target each other’s legs. Santos lands a nice combination featuring a head kick and a few punches mixed in as well. Jones lands a hard leg kick. Santos lands a leg kick and limps away off balance. Santos is clearly compromised physically at this point when it comes to his mobility but he’s hanging tough. 10-9 Jones, 49-46"

50-45 is ********.

Really, Jones had one round where he hit Maretta with anything good at all. The rest of it was pixie slap oblique ******** and beating up air.

Now, I'm not gonna rage at the decision going to Jones. It wasn't a robbery, but I think if you go back and watch the fight, you'll see that Santos took 1,2 and 5 and santos having one leg made Jones look better than he was in just about every exchange. Even MMA fighting scored it for Santos. Sherdog did too.

Jones Won't be champ for much longer IMO. The rest of this year, tops. I can say without any bias at all that if Santos hadn't blown his knee we'd have a new champ right now. He;d have kept chopping the leg, and would have had the movement to piece Jones up more. And he wouldn't have been falling around the cage, which is really the only time Jones turned it up.

Agree the Jones fight decision was kind of ********. I thought it was a draw. I hate when fighters win just because they are pressing forward. If Santos didn't get hurt though man he would"ve definitely won that fight imo.

how was it ******** ? Jon always proves he is the Alpha Male to beat in UFC. Soon Jon will destroy Francois Ngannou too at heavyweight. Scott Coker wishes he had a superstar like Jon Jones. I wish i could serve as Jons butler for a day.

to be the champ you have to beat the champ

Predictions: 10 of 12 Winners, 6 Perfect, 725 Points   |   Tied for 38th with 1 other

Santos did not win the fight but he didn't loose the fight as well, he did loose one leg.
So Jon Bones gets to keep the belt and isn't shy to deliver another demonstration of his frail personality in creepy presser....the day his Bones will be gettin rearanged is comin though. Repeatin every sentence you don't mean isn't gonna mask it for everybody. You did not grow much from your outside the ring shananigans...you still the same...

I don't know why people vote for Askren and Rockhold to win  on the predictions does 2 fights where obviously who the winner was going to be , first Luke Rockhold just move to 205lb so the experience is on Błachowicz , then Askren omg please stop look at his records he doesn't have no one with a name on his record he just beat a couple random guys since he move to UFC he getting his ass beat up Masvidal again have the experience , and finally someone shut Askren mouth , now he is going to WWE like Ronda

The Nunes win helped Cyborg

Predictions: 9 of 12 Winners, 2 Perfect, 530 Points   |   Tied for 1029th

if Cyborg plays her cards right she can get the UFC for a big contract.  She has only one fight left on current contract.  Nunes has no one to fight really but a rematch with Cyborg.
I disagree with Cyborg wanting to be a free agent.  Would line up Nunes rematch with wealthy and lengthy extension.

Santos' knee completely trashed. ACL, MCL, PCL, and meniscus tears and still went the distance with Jones (imo, should have gotten the nod as well, but that's another story).
