Shields vs. Hammer
Claressa Shields, DEC
As far as women's boxing goes..... Shields is "that" fighter... Top Dog. Fight Game NEEDS those ppl.. Some ppl want to continue seeing them outclass the opposition and keep the train moving... Whereas some want to see the G.O.A.T. falter and lose their reign to someone new, only to repeat the process again...

Got to disagree with you there Brad mate. The no.1 womens boxer in the world right now and maybe even the no.1 female combat athlete full stop is the 1, the only, 2x Olympic Gold medallist and 2x World Champ Champ, with the voice of an Angel, Irelands sweetheart Katie Taylor!
Shields is excellent too though, and easily no.2!

Agreed, Taylor is a demigoddess. She's a proper fighter to boot, she turns up with malicious intentions unlike shields who just plays pattycake. I think braekhaus is better than shields, not technically but overall a better fighter.

Shields is technically better than Braekhaus. She's a better technical fighter. I just prefer braekhaus, she's more exciting and turns up to fight, not to win on points.

There's actually a few talented female boxers for the 1st time I can remember. Braekhaus is good, there's talk of her fighting Cyborg after she leaves the UFC tho Nunes may have ruined those plans! Nicola Adams was a star in the UK after her Olympic gold but her pro career hasn't taken off like I thought, she hasn't fought regularly enough. There's the Serrano sisters, the best 1, Amanda I think? is being set up for Taylor soon in what's being billed as a super fight! I think Taylor wins easily. If Shields trims down as she's a little fleshy and has extra  weight it looks like she could lose easy enough then the real SUPER FIGHT is Taylor v Shields! Greatest womens boxing match of all time!!! BOOM!!!
