Matter of fact I heard rumors of Conor vs Cerrone being for the interim light weight title.
Literally every single division u gotta wait for a year before the title is defended.

******* khabib has to baby sit his buddies during a their suspension so we can all wait a ****en year to c the light weight title in play again. Hey? Khabib? I thought u wanted legacy? I thought u wanted smash?
Your friends are big boys they can handle it. Swallow your pride and do your community service so us fans can see khabib vs tony khabib vs conor 2 khabib vs Gsp. U ***********ers win a tinfoil and leather $800 dollar belt and it goes straight to your head. Not sure if your big ****en heads can even fit in the cage anymore.
And what the **** happened to nicco montano. Wait two ****en years of her talking about warrior spirit for her to disappear of the face of the planet. Wonder how many years until valentina defends now.
Gonna be great to c holly holm take amandas bantam weight title so we can wait two years more for nunes to give cyborg her rightfully owed ******* rematch. She only dominated the division for ten ******* years.
And dont even get me started on Tyrone Woodley or Dc.

In that situation, whoever the interim champion is would become the undisputed champion.

Adesanya vs Gastelum? This fight is ********. I mean who has adesanya really beaten to earn this? He had a very competitive fight with Silva. Other than that it's been Tavares and Brunson. That isn't enough to earn an interim title bout. Not even close. He should have had to fight the winner of Romero vs Costa at least.
******* stupid promotional shenanigans. This is a fight that Gastelum could easily lose on points, and if so he loses his shot. He's basically going to have to re-earn his fight with Whittaker despite the fact he did nothing wrong.I'll be rooting hard for him.

@fish your just mad cause bobby knuckles is ******. Now he can't be undisputed champ without going through adesanya cause adesanya is definitely gonna go through gastelum.
The adesanya era is on the horizon. THE KING IS DEAD! LONG LIVE THE KING!

Nah I think Whittaker will beat Adesanya. I was kind of worried before the silva fight but yeah....not so much now. Adesanya is only dangerous if you give him space and ring dominance. He won't get it against Whittaker. Robert will probably just plant him like a fence post and smash him to death within three rounds.
I'm also not so sure he'll get through Gastelum. Can he handle a good wrestler with a solid chin and great cardio for five rounds? I don't know. It's a risky fight for the Gasman, he could lose on points, but I doubt he gets finished. I have a feeling Adesanya may be the MVP of the UFC.
Also this fight is ********, and Israel hasn't earned it. It sucks that Gastelum might lose his shot. They are babying Adesanya into contention the same way they did Mcgregor--actually, worse than how they babied Mcgregor into contention. Mcgregor had to fight Holloway. Who has Adesanya beaten? Silva and Brunson. Woop de doo da.

That fight is for an interim lightweight title and the winner will face Khabib Nurmagomedov at a later date.

Sweet, so we went from Max vs. Tony (a fight that makes no sense, but is at least between a champion and the number one contender), to a weird rematch that literally no one wants to see. Why is Dustin even getting this shot? Tony is the only person who should be fighting for a title, period.

Holloway will absolutely smoke poirier. But Khabib will absolutely smoke Max. That's a just a really, really bad fight for Blessed. He's a great boxer but not a big puncher, and isn't a sub artist so yeah, so he's basically no threat to Khabib at all. He'll spend every round on his back.

As good as max and khabib are I think Tony is better. I feel Khabib beats Max, Tony beats them both however due to style Ferg. And Max would be the fight of the century imo and a tougher fight for Tony than khabib, people sleep on Tony's grappling too, I think he works Khabib with Dustin getting smoked by all of them.

I think this is a closer fight than people think. The amount of people saying this is an easy fight for Max make me want to bet Poirier. He won't be abled to do what he did to Aldo and Ortega to Poirier. Poirier is bigger than Aldo and has better cardio and he's a wayyyy better striker than Ortega. Dustin's biggest weakness are power punchers with hand speed I'm not sure thats Max. He has the hand speed for sure but not the power. But maybe that will change with 10 more pounds.
