Both are set to face off October 20. I don't think it's ganna be bad at all considering Jiu Jitsu isn't as demanding as MMA but with Forrest Griffin out of the fight game for a while and Frank Mir having last fought in April 28 I can only see Mir having a sigificant advantage in the conditioning department.
However I could be downplaying Griffin especially when he's helping the fighters of today with his program. I know he would need to keep in shape for that. I wouldn't mind watching an MMA fight between the 2.
